  11. Hi, I am having trouble with my atari 1010 program recorder. When i save a program in basic (using 'csave'), it successfully (or so it says) saves the program. When i go to load it, the tape keeps going longer than the program was saved, and then the atari 800xl returns the message error 138. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?? My vic-20 datasete doesn't do this. thanks -Matt
  12. 800xl ----->more memory, smaller size... (the only negative is only 2 joystick ports..... )
  13. Does anyone know of any BBS's still running today I think that there are still people running them...it'd be cool to log onto these sometime(of course, id have to get a modem for my atari 800xl ). this info would help a lot. Wouldn't it be neat to get a group of people, and host a BBS?? lol... i guess i have too much free time -Matt
  14. i just bought an atari 800xl computer from the Philly Classic with a dead keyboard. After some continuity tests with a volt meter, i saw a very small scratch in the bus cable going from the keyboard to the computer. I simply taped a wire onto that line of the bus cable, and now it works fine!! Oh yeah, PHILLY CLASSIC 4 WAS AWESOME!!!!
