  1. Thread resurrection!! Yep, I'd like one if it would be active. As a C128 user, I dabble in CP/M. I've also owned various CP/M systems over the years. I stupidly sold a Televideo TS803H that I meticulously re-capped and refurbished. Dumb, dumb, dumb. I do currently own a Xerox 820-II that I need a working 8" system floppy for.
  2. I'm actually doing pretty good, thank you! My first grand child will be 1 year old in September! I'm starting to get back into my hobby after several years away, except MorphOS which I've been using every day. I'm getting my C= 8bit hobby back on track. I'm done with Amiga classic, completely done. With MorphOS I have no need or want to use Amiga classic. It is similar to Win7 users not feeling nostalic for an IBM PC XT I suppose. I also am not real happy with what is left of the Kommunity. Its a shame it got to the point it did. How have you been? Looks like by your post count and nickname that the Atari is your first love. An understatement? You still using Amiga classic, Commodore 8bit or anything else?
  3. Just wanted to bump this. I still have the RAM. I could have been off on my asking price. I went by what I saw them selling for in an ebay search, albeit for just a few pieces. If it is of use to anyone, I'd be willing to take offers or trade. I could be willing to make a trade for a large number of 41256-120 RAM (DRAM, 256k x 1, 120ns, DIP-16)
  4. Same Save2600 from Amiga.org?
  5. Hello Atari folks! I haven't been an Atari user since my 2600 days. I've always been a Commodore guy. These ram chips aren't much use to a Commodore guy, but if I understand it correctly these are more useful for Atari users. This RAM has been stored in a plastic tube for over 3 decades. They orginally came from an electronics shop that operated in the 70's and early 80's. beyond that, I do not know the history. The gentleman I got it from stated they were unused, but he is elderly and his memory is not what it used to be. There are some solder drops on some of the chips, so I doubt they were all new. From being all lose together in the tube, there is obviously scratches on the top when magnified and some of the pins are slightly bent, but nothing bad at all and most are straight. These are 32Kx1 chips with a date code of 1979, which should mean be a high gold content and quality RAM. I'd like to get $400 shipped for the lot, which is less that $3.60 a chip. Does that sound fair? I'm not an eBay fan anymore, so I'd rather sell outside of eBay. I'd also rather not break them up if not needed. I'll guarantee the lot as working. Let me know if there is any interest.
