I would like to introduce my kids to some of the games I enjoyed as a child. I want to be able to use traditional game paddles/joystick. I suppose playing on a laptop with an emulator would be OK if it is possible to plug in game paddles. Is that possible? What I am more inclined to do is get a 7800 from best-electronics-ca with the a/v out mod. Is this a good way to go? How good is the image on a HDTV? Are the low rez 7800 games real fuzzy? Can I get some advice on getting an authentic game play experience with the 7800/2600 games on a modern TV/monitor? I'd rather not buy an old CRT television. I don't really have the space for that.
