ok i got the switchbox and everythings all hooked up and working now. yay! thanks for all the help

it is possible to get a find like that. i got an atari2600, like 10-15 games, 2 joystick controllers and 2 paddle controllers all for 3 dollars at a garage sale

well right now its not hooked up because the switchbox i got with it is broken and i need to buy a new one. and i wasnt talking about the difficulty selector, this switch is actually on the bottom of the atari and it says "Channel Select" and it has "A" and "B"

ok so on the bottom of the atari theres a switch that says channel select, but all it says is "A" and "B". which of these is channel 3?

im kinda a newb at ataris and i just got this 2600 at a garage ssale for a fe dollars but i cant get it to work. ive researched on the internet and i know what kind f thing to buy now, but i still have a problem. i have the power cable plugged in but i cant get a picture on the tv, and i cant tell if the thing is actually turning on or not. is there some sort of power indicator light or noise that it should make when it turns on? i cant find either of these. plz elp!!!
