I have been an Atari fan for about 35 years. I started playing with the 2600, then onto programming in BASIC on the 400. Later on Assembly on the 800XL, 130XE. I experimented with custom hardware projects with the 130XE. Later on the 1040ST I developed an auxiliary sound card that plugged into the cartridge port. I also designed a voice mail cartridge with DTFM, A/D, D/A and I wrote the driver in assembly. Then onto the 1040STE, and finally the Falcon 030. I still have managed to keep most of my hardware over the years. Not sure how many of my software projects have held up to the elements, will find out soon. I am a software engineer by trade.
