replacing a computer

So I went and looked at the computers at Best Buy. I wasn't intending to buy one now, just am looking at them. I'm also wondering why this older computer hasn't died yet. Why did the newer one have to go first? I looked at them, some were $300, some were $600, the top gaming ones were $1000. I am just so confused and I don't know what to get. I walked out knowing that their one year service warranty was $70 for one year. I also walked out with a copy of Mega Man Legend Collection for 3DS. I don't know why I bought it. I suck at Mega Man. It's too hard. I went to OfficeMax. They didn't have any desktop computers. All they had were laptops. I know I don't want a laptop. I also would like to go to the Apple Store at the mall if it's still there and look around there too. I had weird dreams last night about my computer suddenly working again and I woke up sad because it was only a dream. I'm guessing the world is changing and desktop computers will be a thing of the past and they're going to force us all to use laptops? And forcing us to download the latest video games? Barf. I want physical releases. Or am I in the minority here?

Do you have a Micro Center store nearby? If so, definitely check them out. Heck, try them online. I'm sure they have lots of desktops.
