Phillip Vaughan
Tonight I was looking for Bubsy Bobcat material using search engines other than Google. I tried one call PicSearch...
It was there that I ran into the art work of Phillip Vaughan who helped re-imagine the Bubsy character for the 1995 release for the PC platform "Super Bubsy", perhaps the best graphics for the 2D version of the Bubster. I found his art gallery at:

As always I like to ask the artists if I can use their materials, and hell it's just great knowing someone who remembers Bubsy Bobcat, so I got this nice letter from Phillip. Phillip, thanks and great artwork!!

Hello (Doctor Clu),
I don't mind if you use the bubsy graphics that I worked on for your group. It was enjoyable reworking the original game with higher resolution and a larger color pallete. I had no other creative input then what you see. I think it was basically a direct port only with better graphics so ATI could show off their newest graphics card technology at the time. It was a fun gig, good times.
Sometime in the near future I'm going to redo my website, and I'll try and remind myself to make a link to your group. I'm glad that you noticed it, and hope you enjoy it
Take care,
Philllip"
