Job interview tonight. I haven't had to take a second job since 2020 (when I first started at the company I am at right now.) Will do this as long as I have to. Shouldn't be too bad considering it's not too intensive and I have plenty of free time to be able to take a second job

Sometimes I wish I lived in a different country where they sell stronger over the counter drugs, without the need to see a doctor and get a prescription.

not sure what country you live in but you can blame it on dumb****s who abuse medication. it's funny they'll tighten up regulations and make you jump through a million hoops but other objects that help facilitate death. not sure what those objects would be, you would have to use your imagination of course.

That's awesome! Two of my favorite things together: Atari & radio! Since you are soliciting requests, here are my recommendations:
1. Space Invaders (lots of recognizable sounds from that game).2. Secret Quest (if you have it; it's got a lot of fun background sounds)
3. Dragon's Descent (fantastic homebrew by @Revontuli with lots of great music and sound, perfect for FM)
4. Dig Dug (Taizo Hori's shoes make music when you walk. Should be a lot of fun for the radio!)
5. Solaris (Lot's of trippy sounds in that game)
What FM station will you be on and at what time? Would love to listen live.
Edit: Just looked to the side and saw that you broadcast on KXSF 102.5FM and KPCR 101.9FM. I'll try to be more observant next time.

If it makes you feel any better, there are bigger hurtles you probably and hopefully won't ever have to jump, so there is that.

AEMT coding done (fixes/feature adds excepted). Finally got my extra CXSTICKs ... so now onto building a "proper", custom, CX40-themed, "arcade" controller for THE400 Mini that'll be recognized AS a CXSTICK (since it'll be using the board from one). Thinking transparent orange-illuminated button surrounds and black concave (HAPP or IL) buttons ... not sure on the stick part itself yet ...

That used to be on I thought in the afternoons...Like Summer in the early 80's, along with Tom & Jerry, although it was probably just the earlier version. In fact it had both versions of Woody Woodpecker too, including the early one ('40s?) where he had the big orange legs...

I've decided I just need to go for it. Started putting maximum effort into my PC repair business this weekend. If I don't force this to work I'll be stuck at Walmart the rest of my life. 🙄

A guy around here works out of his home, advertises in classifieds, and yeah, his name comes up in internet searches...I've had him fix hard drive issues, memory leaks, re-install Windows, put in new CD Drives, etc. He is always cheap, always professional, and always busy as hell! If you know your stuff, it could be a really good gig for you.
