  1. 11,999 of which are an extreme close-up crotch shot. :rolling:
  2. Wasn't "Quality over quantity!" the death cry of the N64?
  3. They, in all likelihood, will. Eventually, the chemicals in Ziploc and other sandwich/fridge/freezer bags will leach out and, at bare minimum, discolor the paper. Please urge your mother to switch to archival-quality bags, with acid-free backing boards.
  4. There's an actual physical crack in the mem pack, or it won't save anymore? If it's the latter, try replacing the mem pack battery. No, seriously. There's a CR2032 inside.
  5. And I shall call this system an original Xbox PC! Fixed.
  6. IIRC, I think the SNES CPU, the Ricoh 5A22, would be the newest descendant, as it is based around a 65c816 core.
  7. Bumpity bump. Now with a lower starting price.

  9. Hey, people: I am considering selling these items as a bundle. Anyone interested? 1 Sega Saturn system, Model MK-80000A, power cord, system battery recently replaced and retains saves, minor cosmetic scratches, still reads discs. 2 controllers: 1 MK-80100, original North American design 1 MK 80116 1 RF Adapter model MK 80106 1 Sega Saturn 3-game pack-in with Virtua Fighter 2 Virtua Cop Daytona USA Games in cardboard sleeves, instructions. 1 Panzer Dragoon, original large jewel box with excellent condition instructions, disc has no visible scratches on data surface. I would prefer not to separate these items, if possible. If there's any interest, I'll post to the Marketplace board. Thanks for considering! Dendawg
  10. Good to know I'm not the only one that remembers that.
  11. One of the things I remember best is one of the female instructors, and how she got a "just got fucked" look on her face when you got a perfect score
  12. They did ship it, but as to whether or not what method I chose, the choices were normal, expedited, and express, IIRC. As stated earlier, I chose expedited. Apparently , to them, "expedited" means the package came via Canada Post/USPS. So I really can't say Shipped the Tuesday after I ordered (Friday before) and was held up in Customs. Now, granted, it was sent out quick, but I should have been informed about a potential Customs delay. IMHO, I still blame them, because really, how goddamn hard is it to fire off an email informing of Customs delay because of international orders, or even to put it in their FAQ. Neither was done, and I did not know it would be coming from Canada until after I got their confirmation email. I know what you're thinking, I'm in the wrong because I didn't do my homework. Well, I did. As far as I could tell, I could see no address on their website. However, in the end, I eventually did get the power supply and it worked. I still won't recommend them for lack of disclosure on their part. The end.
  13. If you're complaining about the shipping cost, then I have to ask, why did you choose the $17.95 shipping option? You do have options with them. The price was for expedited shipping. If I'm gonna pay that much, it had damn well better be there fast, customs or no. 2-1/2 weeks for shipping a grand total of 500-600 miles is, IMHO, unacceptable, regardless of how much was paid for shipping.
  14. Not worth it. Ordered an XBOX replacement power supply from them once....$17.95 shipping for a $9.00 item, took 2-1/2 WEEKS to ship from Montreal to Ypsilanti, MI. Never again.
  15. Wow. This gives Epic Fail an entirely new meaning.

  17. Yes, because the game companies are having such a hard time with their profit margins selling 25¢ discs for $50-$60.
  18. FUCK NO!!!! The last thing Jack "Mihoff" Thompson needs is more attention!!
  19. Have you tried posting to Craigslist or Usenet? You may have better luck posting there. Also, try the BYOAC and digitpress boards.
  20. Do you have Super Mario Galaxy? At certain points in the game you will receive Wii-Mail.
  21. PSX: Transformers: Beast Wars PS2: Big Mutha Truckers Genesis: Awesome Possum Kicks Dr. Machino's Butt SNES: Super Pinball
  22. Don't be cheap! If you want to protect them right, go to your local sports card shop and buy the sleeves! They're acid-free. (That's a good thing for long term storage.) As far as the "free" credit card sleeves, you'll get what you paid for.
