I just want to say I bought a NIB copy of Power Drive Rally from ADOL on eBay, and the transaction went great! The price was very reasonable (less than sweetsshit4u would charge) - and the shipping rate from France to Mexico was HALF what SS4U charged me to mail USPS from the US to Mexico. What a guy! Thank you! Too bad 8 of my Factory sealed games (good ones! Iron Soldier 2 CD & Cart, Zero 5,Worms..) went to that douchebag ;(

I'll let you know,but i have no way to see if that refund comes from "paypal treasury" or because they took the money on his account..that'd remain a mystery i think

I purchased an item from Adol during that slew of Jaguar CD games he sold (of which many went to SS4U and of which that big dispute was about.) The item arrived fine. It took a couple weeks, I think, since he is in France, but it came. And i suppose it was well went in a carton box,right? A carton box i pay $1.50 each,but i never EVER charged any customer fro my packaging and "handling".. How can somebody ask money for GOING to the post? because they use their feet? They didn't think that after they sell a game on ebay they'd have to SHIP it? I can't support handling fees,they're non sense to me..if you make internet international (or national)sales, you HAVE to ship the games (to the other part of the world in my case) and then OF COURSE you'll have to go to the post office..

If ADOL had an issue with him regarding the games he sent.. why withdraw the neg? The damage was already done..that one I don't understand. As far as the neutrals.. that one is crazy..looks like he might have harassed the person to give feedback.. I know that screen doesn't look great.. but damn.. he has a TON of happy customers..and even this month 599 positives and 2 Negs.. I am not supporting him..just curious as there has to be more going on here.. I accepted the withdraw because i'm a seller too, and getting negative from him won't help me, that's all...even if i didn't deserve the negative feedback in ANY way..but that's how real world works I'm going to get a Paypal refund finally, i should get the money in a week or 2,after harassing them EVERY DAY at phone.And finally i had to deal with Paypal "law" department. Because i sent the stuff by tracked mail, i followed paypal instructions EXACTLY,nand i couldn't imagine not being refunded that way. But that doesn't change the fact this scumbag screw me my games,and get his money AND my Factory Sealed jaguar games.

That's exactly what i'll do,if Paypal refuses to do things right.

But i HAVE proof of delivery,it was tracked online! And yet Paypal manage to close the case in his favour!!

17 days aren't that big for an international shipment,especially on Christmas period. I just received a package from USA shipped..on 8th November! By the way, i have more positive feedbacks than him: 3561 the way you count, i wouldn't have fun lying about the situation. I made thousands of people happy with my games, and i don't "send" such information before being sure. I emailed him like 10 times during the past 4 weeks,by Ebay,by direct email,by Paypal, and the guy NEVER answered NEVER! How can it be a misunderstanding when the guy got DELIVERED,and remain silent for weeks? This guy just stole my games!

This bast*rd stole me $400 of jaguar factory sealed games! He won on early december 6 games from me,including Factory Sealed Iron Soldier 2,Zero 5,Worms,etc..$388 total! I shipped the package by International Tracked airmail,and online tracking shows that it has been delivered on 9th January (why it has been so long i have NO idea) And this SON OF A B*TCH dared to put a paypal claim on 23th December or so (should be his christmas spirit for sure) I did everything Paypal asked: online tracked shipment, i faxed them the shipping receipt,matching the tracking number. They saw online tracking, and they saw the package was delivered! And YET, they managed to refund him!! UNBELIEVABLE! I'll have to phone tomorrow morning to Paypal hotline, and if they continue in such way, i'll probably have to sue Paypal France for being a complice of such scam. By now,he's enjoying my games,probably reselling them on Ebay since he is specialized in Atari stuff,and never answered ONE email.
