  2. That is not my label, but I make and use labels like that on spare carts I get with very poor/no label.
  3. Hi, I don't know a lot about Bit Corp. Maybe this could help Bit Corporation - Wikipedia
  4. Looks like fun. I also like the artwork.
  5. Challenging to play on a keyboard but it seems like a cool concept not seen on the O2 before.
  6. 40 The Cx-10s do not say the word "TOP" for the up position.
  7. I had a 2600 growing up. Much later I got an XEGS and a little later a 5200. My 5200 came with 1 poor controller so i quickly soldered an adapter so I have been using a Gravis pc game-pad. The 5200 commons I could find for a buck or two and they were very good. Because I never had an analog stick, I never learned to hate them, and building a good collection quickly kind of cemented me to liking the system. My XEGS has a lot going for it but I just don't play it. Back to the original question, Get the 5200 but be sure you get/build a reliable controller and you won't be disappointed.
  8. Hi Walter, I have your address as long as you haven't moved in the last 2 years, and I will get a ship quote to you. international shipping seems to have gone up lately for the US postal service so I can't guess. Brent

  10. Hello all, i am happy to announce the release of Pineapple for the Atari 7800. This game is designed and programmed by Chris Read. The concept is simple, you are a pineapple and must avoid any and all bananas but pick up the papayas. How long can you avoid being squashed by a banana, especially the big boss banana. Box cover manual and game Game in box with manual Screen shots For more details and Chris's development roms see the programming section I am asking $25 for the game and manual, or $32 for the game and manual in the plastic box shown above. Please PM me for shipping costs, I charge actual shipping and a single game should be around $5 in the US. Thank you for looking. Brent
  11. The above controller is an early one. All of the non-detachable joysticks I have worked on have mylar layers like below. You press down on the black hemispherical plastic cover and there is a spring clip you need to get off of the shaft. After that the cover, coil spring, presser washer and mylar comes up easily. You could then take some alcohol on a cotton swab and clean the contact points. The spring clip does break sometimes so beware. My success rate is not 100 percent, you can clean contacts but any cracks on the traces on the mylar are not easily fixed. (that is why I have a dusty junk controller to take pictures of). To add joystick ports is easy. This is a diagram from the point of view that you are adding 9 pin male sockets (atari style) to a standard non-removable mother board, one which has a 6 pin controller connector (Molex). Note, I usually leave the existing controller connection alone and solder jumper wires to the pins on the back of the board. Lastly I cut holes in the case to permanently mount the atari joystick ports. Pin 1 BLACK = common = DB9M 8 Pin2 WHITE = fire button = DB9M 6 Pin 3 GREEN = stick left = DB9M 4 pin 4 YELLOW = stick down = DB9M 2 pin 5 ORANGE = stick right = DB9M 3 pin 6 RED = stick up = DB9M 1
  12. Hi, Go looking on the internet for a users manual and a service manual. If I remember right, Magnavox sold a power adapter that was 9V DC with a 3mm audio style tip. I think the Atari 2600 power supply would work. The cord end you show is for Magnavox's proprietary RF video end. The signal will be NTSC and come in over the channel you set on the bottom of the console. Good luck, the batteries seemed to have leaked with the fluid going down to the bottom case half at least. Hopefully the electronics look good and still work.
  13. Bump for an old but valid post. Alien greed 5 is still available. I have run out of the black plastic cases used for the first run and I am now using very similar clear cases for this. Still available boxed but I need to slightly increase the price to $32 and please contact me for a shipping quote.
  14. No apologies needed. That ebay seller is Tim Duarte. Tim is re-releasing Alien Greed 4 as cart and manual but with a different label. He chose to keep the new release obviously different from the original.
  15. Just a quick update. I am still selling this (10-2022) but please contact me for a shipping quote. USPS has raised rates. I will get you a cost estimate using exact shipping. The first post is updated to show this.
  16. Good day all, The announcement and details for 1 On 1 Basketball are further down in these forums. Drop me a pm for questions.
  17. Chris programmed Alien Greed 6. Scott did a separate hack of it. As far as I know, Scott has not put his hack up for sale and I am not sure what Chris thinks of the hack.
  18. Boxed copies are down to just a few, but I still make this so copies of the game and manual are available at minimum. For now I am still at the prices listed in the first post. Please PM me. Replies to this post I may miss.
  19. I am pleased to announce the release of 1 on 1 Basketball for the Magnavox Odyssey2 and Videopac G7000. 1 on 1 Basketball is a 2 player game programmed by Chris Read. Last public version: https://forums.atariage.com/topic/329535-doodling-on-the-odyssey²/?do=findComment&comment=5057703 I am selling in 2 options, game and manual only for $25 and game, manual in box for $32. Shipping will be $5 in the US and $15 International. Please drop me a pm for ordering details if you are interested or with any other questions. Thanks, bah
  20. All same game. Notice the AJ9401 is produced by Magnavox and the AC9401 versions are produced by North American Philips for the US market. Somebody correct me if I am wrong but I believe NAP wanted to bring the Videopac game system to the US and so they used Magnavox to introduce it with a new name, the Odyssey 2. This played off the earlier Odyssey name and Magnavox was a well known US brand name. Later Philips began producing the games themselves to be sold in the US market.
  21. Yes I still have a set available. Sorry for the delayed response. Drop me a message for more info.

  23. Quick update, I can not get the black box like Pipe Down, but I can get the same type of box in clear. Once I insert the box sleeve, you will only see a difference from the latching side and the top and bottom (clear sides). The price for the box has not gone up much although shipping did, not badly. I have another project I am starting that can use the same box so I am thinking of ordering a case of boxes and they will be available.
  24. Hi everyone. I am on the fence on boxes. I am down to the last couple and I had not planned on boxes for 1 on 1. They only are sold in cases of 60 and the shipping on them is killer. What is the consensus, are boxes needed? Give me some feedback here. I will commit to boxes if I think they will not be sitting in my basement for years (Wives get upset about that stuff, you know). I know you guys will ask me what is the up-charge for boxes and all I can say is I will have to price check since my last order was pre-COVID and especially pre-Biden.
