  1. Update: Problem 100% identified, working on my second machine. Will get a short group of people who had issues to try the new build, and put up new ROMs for patreon and public. Phew!

  3. A few people have reported crashes when the music changes (end of stage, game over, etc) It's not happening on my main system but is on the other one I have set up. I will investigate and update the binaries. WIP!

    Bug Reports

    As noted by a few people, there is a rather stupid (on my part) issue with RAPCollide (or in Raptor, the RAPTOR_GPU_COLLISION function). The issue: Anywhere else objects are referenced by their object ID for any object, in any list, starting at 0 in the first list to 'x' in the final list. For collide, the object ID resets to 0 for each new list This will be changed in the next release of RAPTOR so that objects for collide do not reset to 0 for each new list. The easy fix: Have something like LIST2START=LastObjectInList1+1 In the rapcollide call you can then do (ObjectID-LIST2START) for the parameters Once I make the change, you can then set LIST2START=0 Why didn't I notice this? Because I usually start with a game and add everything else around it (Menus, etc) - so all the colide functions are on the first list.

  7. "Press space to continue" and "Press any key" are in both the Recharged games I purchased, no keyboard connected. Re-syncing the controllers wont change the strings in a game.
  8. I've said it before and I'll repeat it here. If Atari want me to buy a game for the VCS800 (Say, one of the recharged games) then they have to make it either cheaper than the steam version or offer more with the VCS bundle. They don't even remove the "Press SPACE to continue" mesages. There is zero effort on the VCS Recharged releases to make them worth considering over Steam. And when the steam sales hit, the prices on the VCS look crazy.

  17. You can have your score saved right now, boot it from cd. The games in reBOOTed are all enhanced. KMF includes an extra stage and completely overhauled artwork

  19. Rebooteroids - Caravan Edition Rebooteroids - Caravan Edition is a modified version of the game used for the Blockbuster PRGE 2023 high score competition. The game only features a single mode, timed three minute ship on rock combat for the highest score. A time bar has been added to the left side to add to the pressure. How much can you score? Available now to all Patreons on the "RAPTOR Hunter" or above tiers, and also available to purchase in the patreon store for a small cost. NOTE: ROM is locked to Skunkboard / GameDrive only. Rebooteroids is still available in the AtariAge store. Thanks everyone!
