  1. Well to be fair this thread is 375 pages of the same Tommy obsession over and over and over.
  2. I'm sure people will be lining up to play those 160x102 res Lynx games on their 65" HDTV.
  3. It sure looks more like the ST version to me:
  4. It's a show about a talking stuffed animal and you're worried about realism?
  5. Let's not forget his Road Rash thread....that I can't link to because I was rightfully banned from it.
  6. Yes you are it's a little confusing, it's -1.50 from the 6.50 print issue price, so 5GBP for a single digital copy.
  7. Yeah, the same people who write checks at the grocery store.
  8. It's bandcamp, mostly known for selling music so I'm guessing there's just no "Jaguar cart" option in the system. I'm not sure the music is my thing here, but it might be a cool thing for the collection.
  9. I prefer fewer, higher quality games. Better chance of finding a few I like.
  10. There's the doctorclu origin story we've all been waiting for.
  11. Don't forget Bill, he also admits not every game ever made is great. We must all be the same person, because we are clearly the only 3 people on an Atari forum who would say there's a bad Atari game. Everyone else is sane and knows every single 2600 homebrew is a must play game and will appeal to all audiences.
  12. Or maybe you can admit that not every game ever made is great? Well to be fair, you don't like Mario games and you'd rather play Spectrum games, so there are some games that aren't your thing.
  13. He likes literally any game on any Atari system, they're all great games, not a single stinker ever made in his eyes. See. There's hundreds of "great" Atari homebrew games. Simple as that.
  14. If the GOG store doesn't have Mario Odyssey, MK8 Deluxe or Mario Wonder I don't see how it can compete.
  15. You can upgrade the EXP's firmware via wifi.
  16. If it doesn't take Switch carts it can't possibly be the best console.
  17. You'd be supporting a bootlegger if you bought those. I'm sure they work fine, it's not hard to make a Jag cart. Total Carnage is still available from Songbird if you want a legit version. Otherwise if it's just games you want, get the JagGD cart instead of supporting a bootlegger.
  18. SWC devices definitely don't need a cart in them and I always used mine just powering off the original SNES PSU. GD3s I'm 99% sure also don't require a cart, I remember mostly using mine w/the blue DSP "cart".
  19. It's a budget system and sometimes you run into budget system problems. I believe there are also save game issues w/some of the new Duke games. Because who would've thought to QA saves on their highest profile games of the year? This isn't to defend them or demonize them, it's just the way it is.
  20. This. The GG is also a "pocket adapter" and obviously all the normal Pocket OS features are there.
