  1. It is more special to have the original artists create new games than to have a crypto holding company leverage their purchased assets for return on investment Some of the articles show boxes, although I'm not sure which tier would include them. Funny that the Atari logo is upside down:
  2. I'm making my first order with Ben (after a back and forth ordeal of confirming what he has a few times). He originally asked for a postal money order, fine I know that's how these old mail order guys work sometimes. Now he said change of plans, make it a Western Union money order, unaddressed, sent to someone who is not Ben (Darrell P?). I have no plans on doing this. Has anyone seen him do something like this? I've honestly never heard anyone use Western Union for anything but fraud, but maybe I'm just not familiar with the Bravo Sierra life. Is this at all normal? Edit: Looks like Darrell is just Ben’s caretaker and he can’t cash his own moneyorders due to COVID.
  3. Looking for the whole shebang, chess piece box, all the cardboard pieces, documentation, in nice shape. I have the console and a poor box, but I'm looking to upgrade it for the justice it deserves. The last few mostly-complete on Ebay ended in the $400 range, although none were 100%. I'd pay more for a 100% nice complete one minus the bubble wrap and hex discs, but would consider any that have at least all the cardboard pieces. As far as I can tell, these are the original box contents, but feel free to correct me: Atari VCS "Chesspiece" Box, no serial sticker Long cardboard box insert that the console sits in Atari VCS heavy sixer console Power Adapter (gray) in box TV switch box (in bubble wrap?) Paddle controllers (Atari logo branded not "Paddle") in long cardboard piece Two CX-10 joysticks (hex Atari disc on top) each packaged in an individual cardboard piece CIB copy of Combat (gatefold box, text label game, manual, green warranty card, info card) Video Computer System Owner's Manual Orange Warranty Registration Card "Be a flying ace" pamphlet Atari Catalog with 9 launch titles Plastic baggie for owners manual and other documentation I know it's not the easiest thing to shake loose, but hey, prices are high right now, maybe someone wants to get paid. Thanks
  4. I sure hope this gets funded. I held off on the Analogue Nt Mini pending CV cart/controller support, but now that they're like $1000 this would be a much cheaper way to handle it. I'll give it a shout out on my small podcast, and hopefully net at least a backer or two.
  5. Bump, offering $150 bounty for one. Would appreciate any info pointing me towards one that much be up for grabs too
  6. Looking for a lead on this game (complete US version). Let me know if you have one or know someone with one for sale/trade. Thanks!
  7. I'm very excited about all this news! I'll be in line for an Nt mini once it shakes out. I don't care a bit about the 16-bit consoles with their easily available component and RGB cables. I've been playing the RF-only 8-bit systems through a VCR since forever. And now I'm getting an all-one-box for them with fancy video scaling, analog or digital output, adapters for carts and controllers, and best of all the hardware is already out and not some vaporware dream? Awesome
  8. I never had Adventure. Of course i'm only 18 years old so really my FATHER never had Adventure, but I saw it at this flea market all the time but never picked it up
  9. I'm not great with Atari rarities (i'm an NES fanboy ) so I value most carts around $0.50-$0.75. I'd only go higher for a game I don't have that I've never heard of. After passing up so many rare things in the wild, i've gotta take more risks with stuff I don't know the rarity of.
  10. Bought some stuff from Jibbajaba and it went perfectly.
