I had that problem with a copy of Alien Garden I got a while back. Seller said it was new, and sealed. When I got it, the corner of the box was masking taped together, had shelf wear, and a completely moldy Epyx 1982 product catalog. All under the shrinkwrap The seller was accommodating however.

I'd give my vote to KickMan as well. Crater Raider is also a great game from Bally/Midway as well. Very few of those were made.

I'm looking for the following boxed US releases (either C64, Atari 400/800, Apple //, but not 7800 releases): Impossible Mission Dragonriders of Pern Fun With Music (might've been available for the VIC-20 also?)
