  1. I still use my Mega ST 2 and SH205 HD for games all the time. I have a nice desktop shelving unit with a few old systems on my desk right here and the Mega ST 2 is one of them. I have even managed to use it via a null modem cable, terminal program and software on my PC to bridge my serial port out the internet to play online telnet accessible MUD's One nice thing is you can write disk images out to 3.5" disks and use them on the ST with very little problem at all.
  2. If you go to the auction and look under the Order Details Link you should find the tracking number and a clickable link to the USPS web site with that tracking number if he shipped and printed the labels via Paypal. Maybe he is sending you the wrong auction tracking number. Either way it's time to file that claim with Paypal.
  3. Thanks for the new game! The colors are a bit dark but fully playable on my 800XL and Emulator.
  4. Here are a few of my favorites that I visit almost daily http://www.coco3.com http://www.atari-forum.com/ http://www.underground-gamer.com/ http://www.ovguide.com/
  5. You'll like this link then.... http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...p;hl=atari800dc Thanks Doc! I will use this updated one on my next burn with games.
  6. It is version Version 0.71 which looks to be the last version that the fella made which is dated 2002.
  7. It does have a keyboard emulator as part of the software and it seems to work just fine. I included some documentation with the download, according to the documentation some of the ATR Mega Images may require a real DC keyboard but I did not include any of those in the archives, just single .ATR files. I am not sure on burning on a Mac. In Disc Juggler I use the following setting for all my Dreamcast burns (including this one) Mode/2, Block 2048, Raw Write, Add Post Gap, 8X Write Speed, TOC-DA
  8. Here is an Atari 800 Emulator for Sega Dreamcast systems with a large archive of game disks. Disc is self booting. Burn with Disc Juggler. I made this self booting disc image because I was not able to find any Atari 800 Emulation sets for the Dreamcast. I hope folks get some enjoyment out of this! Download Here No Pass in RAR.
  9. You could write a VBI/SIO patch so the VBI doesn't do Attract mode. If he's reading from RAM disk, probably can get away with POKE 54286,0 and only have to do it once. I am pulling disk images via SIO to Serial and using APE for Windows. Writing a patch for each individual program would not be a viable option. The Poke 77,0 did the trick for a few so far but there are others that autoboot with the need to hold Option to unload basic that will still be a problem Thanks again to all who have replied!!
  10. So even with the Poke 77,0 I will need to hit a key every 9 minutes or does that disable it until the system is reset? Also is there no way to do it for a machine language program running (one that requires you to hold option to boot so basic is not loaded) Thanks for the reply!
  11. Hello, I have an 800XL and I like to leave demos or picture slide shows going on it but sometimes the cycling color screen saver built in to the 800XL starts up even though a program is running. Is there a way to disable the built in screen saver on the 800 XL? Thanks
  12. Here is a partial index. BellcomDisks.txt Many Thanks!
  13. Ghost Link is a program that lets you mount a directory on your PC as a drive on the Atari ST using a null modem cable. I have attached a copy to this message. Hope this helps Ghostlink.zip
  14. I am looking for an index of the Belcom PD disks library. There seems to be hundreds of these disks but I have yet to find an index of whats on each disk. Any help would be great! Thank you
  15. Excellent site. Would love to see you pop an RSS feed on the front page so we can easily keep up with any updates
  16. Many thanks for the torrent. I will do my part and seed these long term to help out. Thanks for all the work on scanning these.
  17. This is my auction. I started bidding at $.99 if any collectors don't mind some beat up labels this maybe a good find for you. e-bay Auction Link
  18. ebgames.com has a selection of pre-owned games they sell online and they seem to get new games in all the time. May want to check their web site. I have purchased used games from them before and never had any problems.
  19. I do both as well. I mainly use the SIO2PC for the emulated Hard Disk Images I can create but if I see a good deal on software I will buy it up. There are certain titles I have paid extra for just to own such as Ballblazer, Miner2049'r and I recently found Mule complete with manual and original box, sleeve for $3.00 at a local thrift shop so that was a must buy.
  20. Thanks very much for the original scan and the cleaned up ones.
  21. I would just offer to do a mutual agreement to not complete the transaction. you don't get charged a FVF fee and he does not have to pay then ad his to your banned bidders list. That may also block him from being able to leave bad feedback under e-bays new policy for non paying bidders and feedback.
  22. I use mine to keep Graphic Demos running. I kind of use it as my night light, sleep machine. I leave it on running demos overnight. Silly but true. Something about a dark room and the glow of the Atari graphics relaxes me. I also do the same on my ST, Amiga and tandy Coco as I have 5 vintage systems all hooked to switch boxes so I can switch displays and also between different systems hooked to the USB and Serial ports on my XP system.
  23. Shameless self promotion this is my auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...E:IT&ih=013
  24. I just posted many different Magnavox Odyssey 2 Games on e-bay so if your a collector get a peek. All complete in the box with manuals and all start at $4.99. List of Games here
  25. My 17 year old son and his 2 friends attended and they had a great time. His girlfriend got some sort of huge Zelda Sword so she was happy and he found a few good bargains on various games. One nice thing about this event was it was held in a nice safe environment where we felt safe leaving them for a few hours. Kudos to the folks involved in holding this event.
