Walmart had some legit deals today. One I took advantage of was $15 for any LP. ANY! And for those that aren't in the know, all their stuff is the good 180g weight that never sells for that cheap.

  ^ exactly right and just read an article that states just that. When it comes to LP's they're simply choosing to not carry anything they deem offensive.

  For the record (pun), I normally don't purchase music or movies from Walmart, but that $15 an LP deal was too good to pass up. Especially when most what I got sells for $23-35ea. from usual haunts such as Elusivedisc and Acoustic Sounds - which is where I ended up getting the rest of The Beatles stuff I wanted. After their 15% sale and free shipping, still clocked in at about $20 an LP.

  I'm sure the same goes about clothes, any form of artwork etc too. It probably is more of a policy or manifest than actual censorship.
