[A few for Carl and others]

Just a few quick questions.

 

Carl, is the new DOOM project dead? ORjust on the backboards indefinately?

 

And, since I own 2 catboxes, 2 aircars, and 1 bsphere, I really want to get the catboxes working. Anybody know where to find a monitor and cables to hook it to as well as cables to link the boxes? I know ICD maybe made them (if they ever actually delivered, who knows)but does anybody else make them?

 

And finally, my bsphere came without the instruction book. While I could probably get it from the net, I would much rather buy one of the originals. ANybody willing maybe to sell just the instruction book?
