    Well, I can do scart through the framemeister now thanks to a new cable. After a great deal of fiddling I finally got the settings right. I wasn't really expecting it to blow my mind, but it kind of did. Omega MVS + Scart + Framemeister = perfection.

      So, would you say that the FM is not worth it without a console with SCART output?

      If your current setup has pretty good 240p performance as-is, then I would say a framemeister (without scart) isn't going to overly impress with its performance. Surely not $400 worth. As 240p performance in new tv's decreases, a gaming scaler will become more necessary. That said, scart is *REALLY* nice. I have cables on order for genesis, saturn and snes.
