  1. Next time, try asking a question before calling someone a liar. Most of those that thought I was selling the case in the first auctions were resellers. I even had an idiot win the Power Punch 2 the second time around and thought it was for the case, another reseller that didn't take the time to read the description. If a beautiful lady was holding on a game in a picture, would that mean she comes with it? As far as the SE case picture, I used the same camera as I use for the auction pics. I even provided a screenshot with the picture properties. It was my picture and I released it the way I wanted. Be grateful it was released at all, instead of complaining.
  2. These are the only suppositories I will be giving you so, use them wisely. http://atwoodcs.com/refunds/refunds.html I'll also tell you what provision in the NDA's the people love the most, that receive my games. That's the provision that protects them. People don't know who has these games so they can't be hounded by people like you.
  3. Apparently you didn't read the NA threads. Here I'll even help you out with a few of my own quotes. “Back in Dec of 2013, I let my wife list a Mario Arcade. She had 3 descent offers on it. One for $4k, $5k and another for $10.5k. I didn't let her accept any of those offer, because they weren't the right person. They were resellers, selling with high BIN's. My rarer games aren't listed for the money, rather to find a deserving person that will cherish the game. I sold the Mario to someone I met, when I first started on ebay, back in 2001. I hadn't talked to him in years, but I knew he was a Mario lover. I made him come to my home, to pick it up. I wanted to see the expression on his face when I handed it to him. That was well worth the $1.” http://www.atwoodcs.com/atwoodtm/marioauction/ma.html "You seem like a level headed individual, so I'll talk with you for a moment. I also have principles. Money isn't everything. I'll give you a few examples. The power Punch 2 game that sold; the winner wanted to cancel so I offered it to no. 2 with the 2nd chance. No, 2 would have won the game cheaper than the 2nd chance offer, if the winner hadn't bid. So I refunded that buyer the difference after he received the game and was happy. The poster I sold; There were 3 bidder in the $255+ range, The winner at $270, 2nd $265 and 3rd $255. I probably could have sold more by offering to 4,5,6 ect. That wouldn't be fair to ones that paid $255+, so I only sold 2 of them, numbered 1/2 and 2/2. I figured the winnings were unbegotten gains, because it was a joke auction. The profits were donated." "For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil" I have nothing to prove to you or anyone else, I only answer to one and it certainly isn't you, starshooter.
  4. I didn't have any intentions, more like unintended consequences. None of this would be happening, if Tom hadn't talked me into letting him post the case picture. So you can blame him. I never knew of Pat until someone sent me the link to his podcast. I guess, the rest of this was a bonus.
  5. I had to come back and set someone straight.
  6. I bet it really hurts. I hear ointment helps, but in your case, I suggest a suppository.

  15. This is Tim Atwood. Looks like everyone wants to know what the hell is going on with Alex. Basically everything Mike had to say is true. It all started about 1 1/2 years ago. 2 ebay sellers Pythonpower and Digitalcorruption had a bunch of descent Factory sealed NES games for auction on ebay. Pythonpower is Alex. Digitalcorruption is his friend. Anyways I received an email from Blastermasterboy, Check the games you won was the topic. He has received a Dragon Warrior 2 game from Alex and found out the that he was defrauded. Inside the box was a Mickey Mousecapades cart a manual from Code Name Viper and some folded paper. I had checked all the games I won from Digitalcorruption and sure enough they were resealed with used contents. Refund was given. With the explaination that it must have been the place they got the games fromand they were really sorry. I didn't check out thegames I got from Alex as they were all stored away. A period of time passed and I received an email from Alex, saying he was really sorry and wanted to know if I would mind if he started to collect the games for himself. We started to chat alot AIM. All of a sudden one day he admitted to being the person that had deceived everyone and was the person that was resealing the games. After hearing that I had always tried to talk Alex out of doing his dirty deeds, all he would do is laugh at me. I was making a scan of all my collection for the Web site and found out I had more resealed games. I checked out the ebay paperwork and found out they all came from Alex. I told him about that and guess what, all he did was laugh. First of this year he had emailed a bunch of collectors, telling them he was about to sell his collection. I wasn't buying that all the games were indeed original factory sealed so I kept an eye on all the auctions and could tell a bunch were resealed. I emailed him about it and got the reply. "I am going to flood the market with as many fake games as I can." That really pissed me off because I am a collector and didn't want to end up with a bunch more of his resealed games. So what could I do? I made a listing of my own on ebay warning collectors. I received an email from Alex, he was pissed and called me a traitor. Needless to say I received many email to find out who the person that was defrauding everyone, I told them. He ended all the rest of his auction and I have been keeping an eye on all the Id's of his that I knew about. This person is very vindictive and will do anything to make $ without going out and getting a job. This person has no morals or conscience what so ever. Other than just resealing used Nes games, I know for a fact he has defrauded credit card companies many times by reversing charges saying he didn't receive merchandise. Paypal, Bidpay, Billpoint just to name a few. He would then resell the same merchandie he says he didn't get, on ebay. Feedback's from two of his Id's http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?...=immortalseller http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?...ts_of_every_man Hope this wasn't too long. Tim
