    Those tardwads at "My Arcade" better hurry the hell up and sell that stupid gamestation plus thing! WHY? Becus I've got 5 games in my shopping cart ready to purchase, and if they don't hurry, @Albert is gonna be wrapping and shipping up here in Maple syrup, ice tea, with gravy on our fries land!!

    I blame myself for the games in the store for being last chance and go bye bye! It's not cheap being a car guy and buying all the parts to keep my wrecks going! We gotz a month left! Let's all do our part and get with these deals! I'll try for sure.

      I sprung fer some!  I mean sometimes ya got grab life by the horns (or grab lower)...You can keep all Classic Mopars running and (ideally) spring for a Gorf Arcade I hope!  What's a little debt in the grand scheme of things?

    Why the fuck, do new kettles  these days need a damn switch to turn on??? I remember back in the days all you needed to do was plug the bastard in and Bada Bing Bada boom! Done! I waited 25 mins for this thing to boil..."while staring at it" only to realize I didn't flick the switch!  I need a hug.

      Errrrr,...Gimme some credit!  My VCR,  well, I have 2, well 2 and a half (one does DVD also) ...Lessee Toshiba, Sharp, and Magnavox (That's my beauty from BITD,  It's Mono, but otherwise pretty neat-o!)... I had a SONY Exactly like the Sharp (but with a SONY nameplate) and I swear it became MONO (NOT Stereo) because it Broke 2 days After SONY called me (for a Phone Survey) and I told them I was Glad I spent Extra $$$ Getting a SONY instead of a Cheapo...

      The kicker regarding VCRs?  I paid Full Price for the SONY only to have an audio channel go bad,  but I bought the Sharp for $2 at a garage sale next door,  and aside from the numbers being worn off the remote, it works like a champ!  I use it once a year to change the clock,  but it works like a champ!

      Wow!,  That is so sexy!   I will admit I like some Jack Daniels on occasion (and also quality Bourbons!),  I mean what good is mere whiskey if it doesn't think it's Bourbon?  I believe the charcoal mellowing is the key,  Makes it taste older and mellower and,  IDK,....Bourbonier!

      One really positive change in the Jag scene recently is the release of BigPEmu.  It is a really superb emulator that does a great job of running all the commercial releases, including the JagCD.

      Same here. Sold it for peanuts about 10 years ago. It was boxed as well. Still have Tempest 2000 as I intended getting another one when my financial situation improved. Now, prices are too insane to make it worth my while.

      Well to avoid the Pitfall(s) of the Basic Math (of your finances) and Breakout of your situation on this Venture;  Might I recommend you save up and buy Gorf Arcade at the same time you buy Super Cobra Arcade and Star Castle Arcade?  The Arcade will be with you...Always!

      See,  to Me,  Star Castle was that one Dream Game above all others BITD,  If I really had to choose*  (I got it!@@!!) so...Dream realized...Now I do think I'll eventually buy Super Cobra (Why not?,  got the original BITD, when they sent the Atari version,  even though I'd ordered the ColecoVision version (True Story)) and of course GORF!

       

       

      * I also really wanted Phoenix (Done) and Astro Blaster was right up there...(Playing Now on my 7800)...Plus "Space Rocks" of course...

    Been a few weeks now at the gym. Feeling good I guess. So as a former welder of 25 years, as I pause for a break, I see myself looking at the welds on these machines "atrocious" I wonder to myself and say; how the hell has this thing not broke apart yet!!!???

      I remember that so well. My friend said to come over, he'd just got Pac-Man! I hung out with him and his brother playing it on Atari VCS for a while, then when my mom came home from work I asked her to take me to the store to buy it (Yes, even though I'd played it,... So much hype on this one, but we still had no idea when it'd hit the stores). Instantly it seemed to be sold out Everywhere. We went to 3 stores before finding it! Ironically I found it at a store called 'Pay and Save' and spent $37.95 on it!! (Which was more than I'd ever spent on a video game up to that point). I still have it of course :)

    Went to the gym after a hand full of years! Felt like a wet noodle after workout. 60  bucks a month  for membership. Sorry guys, Gorf Arcade will have to wait a bit longer.

      Actually when I was about 12 or 13 I Did have bell bottoms!  Even crazier, but true;  They were this bright pastel green color!  I also got a go-kart for Christmas one year...And I was wearing those pants when my brother drove it...I was on the passenger side and he turned so sharply, I was flung off but the knobby tire left a black skidmark down my bell bottomed jeans!  Pretty sure we threw them out after that.
