I've never had an issue with receiving a wrong item or anything, but their shipping is horrendous. I rarely receive a book that isn't damaged in some way, shape, or form. Their packaging material consists of 2-3 of those little airbags at best. It's a disgrace.

Amazon sucks

I find their prices are the same or just 1% or 2% lower than local stores, so I just buy locally and keep my money locally.
