      @fdurso224 Thanks Anthony!  Looked around and found something nearby-- still more than I was willing to part with-- but it looks like it does the job, got good reviews and is available currently.  I was hoping for $500 or less but I guess not in this economy.  $679 seems like the best I can do right now.

    I can't seem to get any Odyssey 2 emulator to work.  Is there a good one for those with little patience?

      @littaum Nope.  If you have experience with that one, I may need a tutorial of some sort.  If I get an emulator I prefer to just be able to click on the exe and get started easy peasy.  It's a bit too antiquated for my liking; If you are familiar with it and can give me some pointers I would sure appreciate it!

      Probably need to find the BIOS.bin and the GROM.bin or else it can't run, often time doesn't come with the emulator.

      @Kiwi I got the bios.  The default path was weird, so I went into settings and got it straightened out.  Now it works; I just can't find the default fire button.

    I can't get used to Door Dash/Ubereats.  My renter orders it all the time and I get antsy over people/cars near my house..

      Guess it depends where you live. When ordering take-out we use it and never had any problems. Usually just people wanting some sort of work when times are tough. Also usually they're really nice as they want good reviews

      As a delivery driver (for a Philly Cheese Steak restaurant) I do see an upside.  We deliver for $2!  Now some people don't tip (*&#*^#$!) but some people tip $10 because they are getting used to those Doordash prices,  which sure helps balance out the cheapskates (heh)...Now if I could just get the Friggin price of gas to go back down...

      We've had a beekeeper that lived next door to us that had strays come over to our yard.  We've had hornet nests in the greenhouse, and yellow jacket nests within rockeries and shrubs and even under floorboards in our house.  I've been fortunate to not get stung terribly often in my lifetime.  If a queen got away from the neighbor the sky in our backyard would be FILLED with bees.  Fortunately honeybees, but still..  ?

      I got stung last week by a yellow jacket (I think) while I mowed my dad's lawn.  Stupid F-er got me right in the shin!  I looked down and saw it hanging on my leg so I flicked it away quickly before I could even see what it was.  It really burned and hurt instantly like I was stabbed (Hard!).  I do wish I'd gotten a better look though, to see what it was first.

      @retrorussell Thanks Brother!  Right back at ya!  It's been good.  Today's been a good one...Day Off! Lots of fun.  Some of it legal.  I had a couple friends come up from Denver and an Ex GF and her son also stopped by for a quick spin in his new (well 2013 but new to him) Subaru WRX STI which is Fast as hell... We've watched some shows, ate Mexican food, listened to tunes, drank beer, philosophized on life in my dark but colorfully ambient lit sunporch,  took in some fireworks with people from the neighborhood up on a catwalk across the nearby interstate...And tomorrow we may even do up some video games...

       

      Life is good!

      @GoldLeader Sounds like lots of fun!  Just got over a bad stomach flu over the last couple days.. took all last week off and got my deck stained and my dad will put up some new fence supports later this week, and I will hopefully get a new, working ceiling fan in the dining room.  It's good to get things done around the house.

      How does one look at older Status Updates not currently on the Status Update screen?  Didn't we used to have an option to look at older ones below?

      Yeah it used to say More Status Updates or something.  Now you can go to MY ACTIVITY STREAMS (Top Row) Then CREATE NEW STREAM (Bottom choice) then under CONTENT TYPES select Status Updates (1st choice).  Label it.  For example, mine's just called STATUS UPDATES on the top line marked "Stream Title".  Then Save Changes.   It'll appear under CUSTOM STREAMS so it's always there.  :)

    Wow, a shooting across the street from me.  I was at work at the time.  Robbery apparently.  He didn't put the gun down when the cop ordered him to and he got shot.  Funny how that happens.  No life threatening wounds but a terminal case of stupid.
