    clever trick, I guess you mean 8bit chunky to 4bit chunky (Lynx screen format). I wonder if would be possible to double pixels somehow, e.g. ABCD --> AABBCCDD and great demo

    I guess a good graphics tool which understands 320 color modes would be useful. Something like G2F for the Atari 800XL.

    in the '90s I played the PC game where the track was prerendered and loaded from the HDD/CD during the race. Maybe would be possible do the same, and load prerendered track from the cartridge.
