  1. I think it's fair to say that at least 50% of the 2600 library is simply totally unplayable.
  2. Hey guys, looking for a Box for Mega Man V for Game Boy. Know it is a long shot but I'm going to put it out on here. If anyone can help me let me know. Thanks.
  3. Are you selling that extra of Cosmic Chasm separate or no? I have a Vectrex already but have been looking for that game
  4. It's hard to determine a price for Minestorm 2. Doesn't show up enough.
  5. My favorite part of the hobby other than playing games is definitely talking about them with other people here on the internet or in real life!
  6. I saw a Cocktail version of this game at my local movie theater, but the attract mode didn't seem to show that it was very much fun, then again I didn't have anyone to try it out with either. Maybe I'll get around to playing it after seeing some of you guys think it's good.
  7. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way, I always thought this game was bad on the Genesis. Super Mario 64 is nothing to write home about either to be honest.
  8. Personally, I wish it had been on Saturn. Would have been a great addition to the library, and good for marketing during the time. And yes it is! That was a great one, definitely my favorite 8-bit Sonic game. Pocket Adventure was also excellent for an 8-bit title. Triple Trouble and 2 on GG were lackluster, but Sonic 1 was definitely good, if a little rough around the edges.
  9. I assume this is Dracula X on SNES Vs. Rondo of Blood on Turbo CD? Regardless, Rondo of Blood is a fantastic game. Dracula X is well..nerfed to say the least.
  10. He is not yet dead, a game character can always come back as long as people have hope and are willing to try. Remember as Doctor brown Said the future is not set in stone, so make it a good one.(put that down using just memory so that might be a little bit off, plus there is sonic generations after all, though that is not certain either) Still have yet to buy Sonic 3 though, do have sonic and knuckles. I've got to agree with this after seeing the gameplay previews of Sonic Generations! Sonic is still one of my favorite game mascots, Pre-Dreamcast era anyway. He had some AMAZING games, though oddly enough my favorite of the series happens to be Knuckles' Chaotix. Sonic 1 isn't far behind though.
  11. Personally, I find boxes to be easier to store most of the time. They make be bigger but some carts are rather oddly shaped, especially N64 carts which you can't really efficiently in any way to find the game easily. Same goes for 32x, Jaguar, etc. Boxes allow me to pick out whatever game I want to more easily, and I'm a bit of a completionist as well, I like to have everything if I can. I'll buy loose carts sure, but I won't be throwing out my game boxes anytime soon.
  12. I use www.backloggery.com. You just type the name of the game and what system it's on, and you don't have to sift through any lists of games. It's better for if you want to keep track of what you've beaten though. RF Generation on the other hand is better if you want information on all of the games you have.
  13. Headphone jack is the only way to get Stereo out of a model 1, you'll have to do the Headphone to RCA. But if you want to go really classic, just hunt down a pair of those Genesis speakers for maximum nostalgia points.
  14. Dude gets a majora mask cart from weird old man who vanishes the next day. When dude plays the cart, there is an old file from some kid named "Ben" who allegedly died by drowning. Dude deletes the Ben file and starts his own. When dude plays game, it goes all weird and the Link Effigy starts following him around as he plays the game. The game experiences all kinds of creepy glitches and dude is forced to play a filed named YOURTURN that mysteriously appears, during which all of the weirdness intensifies. Finally, the BEN file shows back up and dude plays it where he is forced to swim into the Zora lake and find one last Effigy, upon doing so Zora link drowns. A new file mysteriously appears named "DROWNED." Dude plays it and everyone he talks to says " You shouldn't have done that." until it finally says "Ben is getting lonely" and you are taken to that big field with the tree. The Effigy appears and then the game reboots and says "I'll give you one last chance, come play with us" Mysteriously the dude's original new game appears alongside the old BEN file. Watch the videos. Judging from that synopsis, it sounds like a pretty interesting concept actually, considering how creepy Majora's mask is, especially that Moon.
  15. Why is there no Atari Star Wars Arcade? That and Berzerk are my favorites, but I prefer Atari Star Wars Arcade a little bit.
  16. What's the name of the pizza place?
  17. I want to buy the Master System version of this game at a price that isn't super-inflated a la Ebay and Amazon BINs. If anyone has one they're willing to sell for a reasonable price, PM me. I don't care if it's PAL or US, as long as it plays on a NTSC Master System and is in English. The only thing I really have for trade right now is a Model 2 Sega Saturn with hookups and no controller. PM me if you have one please.
  18. Yes, I'm looking for a copy of Rayman for Sega Saturn, I would very much prefer the game to be CIB or in the Box, if you have the game for sale, please PM me with your asking price. Thank you.
  19. Some of the harder arcade games I've played: Ghosts N' Goblins - What more can I say, this game is fucking tough. Tetris (Atari) - Once they start throwing those oddball levels at you and not the regular "just play Tetris" levels it gets a little tough. Star Wars (Atari) - Easy on the first two or three levels, then it gets hard when you've got like six ties shooting at you. The Empire Strikes Back (Atari) - Same as Star Wars Return of the Jedi - Here goes nothing! Stargate (AKA Defender II) - The controls was hard enough, but with your ship sliding around this game gets hard. Robotron 2084 - Swarms and swarms of robots...oh shit I shot a human. Joust - Fun, but your guy is like slip n' slide on those platforms! And those birds come out of nowhere!
  20. Out of those three I would get the Machine Bride of Pinbot. Are you looking at other machines as well or just those? Some of my favorites: Super Mario Bros. Street Fighter II Creature from the Black Lagoon Mideval Madness Monster Bash
  21. Star Wars Arcade, Ghosts N' Goblins, Ghouls and Ghosts, Tetris (Atari), the classics like Galaga, Pac-man, Donkey Kong, Frogger.
