Easy solution, trade the KI Cab for his bike, straight up. Now he has an awesome game and you have a freedom machine. Think he'd go for it?

Yeah, no. He hates the fact it's there to begin with (despite the fact he works out of state at the moment, so it's not in his way). He doesn't play games unfortunately. Can't even get him into pinball. Old fart doesn't know how to have fun.

Not sure what you guys are going on about. It was a great game for NES. And not as hard as everyone says. Plenty of harder games out there.

I don't remember anything past the snake level. Musta been as far as I ever managed to make it...

@Billy--I streamed the Jag for about two hours. Ran through Raiden, finished Wolf 3D. Popped in DOOM but wasn't feeling it, so we went to the NES.

Aren't those PAL? How do you hook it up to an NTSC tv?

Nah, I didn't buy it. A fellow member here is loaning it to me for a little while. I don't know if I could justify a purchase of one due to the lack of exclusives, but some of the games are really nice if you like early '90s arcade ports.

Hated this game at first, then years later loved it.

Not my favorite version, but I do enjoy the game as well. There's some great animation here and a lot of "character". Seems to be interesting to try to speed through too.

A fun but very challenging game. You should do one of these for Raiden since I think you set the highest score ever recorded on that..

I am (ha ha)!! I also installed flipper buttons on my cabinets to be able to play video pinball games upright!! I really like video pinball and the real thing, although when I get my own Pinball machine it well likely be one of those digital ones with hundreds of tables. They look so great and seem to be the next best thing to having a room full of actual machines!

Funny this hasn't been pushed off yet.. I am up early, so I am going live right now again with some Dreamcast (in particular, Giga Wing!).
