Hydro Thunder

Went to Galloping Ghost arcade a couple of years ago, amazing experience. The best surprise for me was how much I enjoyed the sit-down cockpit Omega Race. Used to have one like it at my Showbiz when I was a kid. Having the controls on the armrests was so very different, and engaging. If you have any ability to try one of these out, I can't recommend strongly enough.

  Man, I love Omega Race, but I don't think I've ever seen the sit down version. The last time I played it wasn't all that long ago at the Rocky Mountain Pinball Showdown, but unfortunately the spinner seemed like it needed work...It was very scratchy and not smooth at all like it should have been...

  I only ever saw the standup version... that sit-down cabinet sounds really cool, and kind of ergonomically brilliant.

  @GoldLeader and @Zoyous, It's really, really neat. The left armrest has a Dial controller for turning the ship, and the right armrest has a thrust and fire button. One of the coolest cabs I have ever played.
