  2. ^^ As Tursi said, the zip file is 399.068
  3. Hi Tursi RXB still says 2024A in the Emulator.
  4. Thanks a bunch Greg!
  5. Maybe it was the "Y2K Bug" everyone is talking about these days.....
  6. I see there is a download button, but if I access for example https://ftp.whtech.com/Users/Chris_Schneider, I get the issue
  7. Hi guys I like the look of the new WHTECH, but I cannot access any folders or files..... (using http://ftp.whtech.com/) I get You don't have permission to access this resource.Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe Any workaround?
  8. Hi guys. Sorry to necro this topic (I have binge read the thread applicable yesterday LOL, and watched a bunch of YT vids), but I am curious to find out whatever happened to Mike Kennedy of Chameleon fame?
  9. Hi. Sorted, for some weird reason TIPI Emulation was turned on in JS99'er when I use Chrome, but turned off in Brave Browser. Turned it off, so its working now. Sorry for the noise.
  10. Rasmus Sorry, bot Mario Bros games. The one listed under Software-Games, and the TI99 Mario Bros under F18A specific games. And I had F18A enabled.
  11. Hi Rasmus. I was using JS99'er on Chrome as well, but since 9.9.0 (when Mario Kart was introduced) whenever I select Mario Kart games, the "system" freezes. I have switched to Brave, and it works. I "compile" every time using npm and ng
  12. I think a thread just for TI related YT videos would be great. LOL. It is not really OT... But here goes:
  13. I deleted libstdc++, but there were still errors. Anyway, Chris indicated that he rolled back a couple of Ubuntu versions, and then it worked. He is looking into it.
  14. Hi Chris On Debian 12, I get the following error on doing the Mame install step (I have Mame and Mametools installed): pieter@LENOVO:~/ooeygui$ ./ooeygui pygame 2.0.1 (SDL 2.0.14, Python 3.8.5) Hello from the pygame community. https://www.pygame.org/contribute.html Gtk-Message: 18:10:46.564: Failed to load module "xapp-gtk3-module" /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognutls.so: undefined symbol: g_tls_channel_binding_error_quark Failed to load module: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognutls.so /home/pieter/ooeygui/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.29' not found (required by /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libproxy.so.1) Failed to load module: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiolibproxy.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognomeproxy.so: undefined symbol: g_uri_is_valid Failed to load module: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognomeproxy.so Traceback (most recent call last): File "ooeygui.py", line 482, in _getmamever NameError: name 'myos' is not defined Aborted (core dumped) Can you help with this please?
  15. Just a quick question. Is there any frontend like OoeyGUI that I can use with the Linux version of your MAME packages?
  16. While slightly off topic, I feel that it is worth a mention. I owned a TI in the early 90's, and have sold it off in the late 90's, I have been looking for a real machine since then. Importing one into South Africa is very prohibitive, and they are scarce as hen's teeth here.... I stumbled on this forum by chance, and my first emulator was Win994a. My second one was Classic99. I have since purchased PC99, for the Cyc. I have no preference when it comes to emulators, and I think we are really spoilt for choice. However, I regularly find myself going back to Classic99. Tursi, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me rediscover my love for a machine that I thought was forgotten to me/
  17. After watching some more videos of Nostalgia Nerd, I watched some other videos of his, and started watching a video on the Home Computer Museum in Helmond, the Netherlands (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8dexRPxeRs&t=0s) At around the 11:22 mark the owner starts discussing the DAI Computer that originated from Belgium. This has a very interesting TI Connection. Has anyone in especially the US know about this? Edit: Sorry for this post, I just saw it was already discussed.
  18. In the video he also shows the Spectrum, which also used Volume Control for Tape Operation.
  19. Hi guys. I was just watching this video on Youtube from a UK content creator Nostalgia Nerd on Digital Tape Drives for various systems, including the C64 and the ZX Spectrum. I want to know if there is any such thing available for the TI?
  20. Hi guys. I was one of a lot of South Africans that had the TI. We used a Euro version (PAL, 240V and It was the Cream/Beige version with Grey/Metallic peripherals). The Spectrum and Commodores were waaaaaay more popular though.
  21. Stephen. When could you have the TI's available?
  22. retroclouds Have u used any graphical apps (WSLg) on WSL2?
