    It has been raining outside for several hours it is a typical thing to happen this time of year in Washington state. It wish it would let up because I have something that I need to take to the Local USPS store to have it shipped. But the weather outside is keeping me from doing that very thing.

    It is a bit warm today 85 degrees according to the weather repots on the web and the radio

    I had a really really bad anxiety attack so bad in fact that it is the worst one that I had sense before I went to no the medication that helps me with such things. :( I couldn't make it too my Autism meeting this week because of it. The anxiety attack just came out of nowhere
