I've delt with Grig a few times, always a pleasant and smooth transaction.
  2. Bought a few really nice brass hex tops for CX10 joysticks. where super cheap, and shipped quickly.
  3. Ill just leave this here... https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F292248587975
  4. Purchased a light pen for the atari computers from Tempest, was great to deal with.
  5. If i hadnt gotten a deal on it, i likely never would have upgraded either.
  6. Here is a long list of mostly obscure ones, I vote Pirate Ship Higemaru
  7. suppose it could be, previous owner wrote "write" next to the up position of the toggle. How could I tell?
  8. A few more pics, this is a 1050 with a toggle switch on the side, I believe it protects from accidentally writing to the disk? Tested with my cords, loaded floppies fine, if not a bit noisy. Offers.
  9. Those are great links, exactly what i was looking for thanks!
  10. I cant quite get Bomb Jack to work for some reason. Get to the load screen, but then just scrambled bars after a long second load. Is it NTSC compatible?
  11. I'm curious what that Amiga stuff is worth myself, probably not cheap.
  12. Now that i've got all this sweet sweet RAM, what programs take advantage of it?
  13. The glue that they used doesnt age well, leading to what us in the community refer to as "Actiplaque." It is a very common occurance, and I'm not really sure what can be done about it. Now Parker Brothers labels, they seem to come off constantly. Luckily, as you noted, Atari carts are dramatically cheaper than NES era stuff, so grabbing more than one copy until you find a nice one is pretty doable.
  14. Got a handful of nice stuff in a recent lot, talk me out of eBay ladies and gentlemen. I have a tested XF551, clean, with no cords to spare. Uses the same power supply as the 1050 drive. Have a Quintopus SIO splitter, wouldn't know how to test this thing even if I did have half a dozen SIO cables Not pictured yet; an XF551 modded to connect to an Atari ST 3.5" Drive. Hooked everything up and the drives light up, but I have no 3.5" floppies. Couldn't get it to run 5.25 floppies, perhaps as a result of the mod. Unsure if you need certain mods to your computer to use this. Also a printer, 1020? Will post pics later. Taking offers at the moment. Quintopus SOLD Unmodded XF551 SOLD Modded XF551 SOLD
  15. How do I upload photos from mobile?
  16. I can't believe you'd forget this, best paddle game of ALL TIME.
  17. Alright, I figured since they listed as BIN files that I could run them the same as the other files. Looks like I'm not missing any must have games being unable to run XB games, but if I don't plan on using my floppy drive, what are the other devices available that would fill this niche using either SD or some other modern storage medium?
