Congrats man! I know It made me happy the time my girlfriend randomly said "So when do I get to play?" She wont play a lot but from time to time she sit down and play some games and she at least kind of understand the appeal now

I'm sure someone could forward the package to you if you paid the extra shipping... I know I would True. But then you have the pain of calculating the price and what not. I've found that most sellers, understandably, have a 'thanks but no thanks' opinion in over-seas private sales. True, partially because its so much more expensive to ship anything internationally from the US. Not a lot of buyers would be willing to pay such crazy shipping

I really like the wii virtual console. It's a good way to get to play games I don't yet have or can't afford. I have emulators on my wii too Also its good for when i'm lazy and don't feel like hooking up a system and plugging in controllers and what not. Just grab the Wii controller and play. but, I don't consider it part of my collection in any way. Its the same as emulators on a PC. But has nice wireless controllers and less fiddling around to set it up

This is just gluing a bunch of junk that is on hand together to make some money. I'll admit, I don't really know the seller's intentions, but I'll guess he (or she) would "enjoy" the money some sucker might pay him more than the twenty minutes he spent with the hot glue gun. The Krylon can is the most absurd thing about it. Hopefully it is empty as it would be considered hazardous material by the post office otherwise (not that the seller would care). For what he (or she) is trying to sell it for, it wouldn't be worth it. I'm just mad that it would destroy a nice looking Atari. I mean hell that one looks nicer than mine!

I'm slowly trying to learn and understand MAME after this project I plan to make a MAME machine. I was planning on making it soon, but then I stumbled onto Vulgus

It does look awesome! But I have seen 2 now that look completely different The one on klov I actually like better with the wood-grain (could be my atari love shining through ) So far what I know for sure: 1. I have the wrong bezel, Mine is for scramble. 2. 2 player mode does not work at all. Seems like it detects the buttons hooked up to the board. Only reads 2 buttons instead of 4 (even though I see no need for 4 buttons at all with only one joystick) 3. Control board artwork is a generic SNK one 4. Coin mechanism is most likely dead 5. Needs a battery? for saving high scores (I hope It needs a battery, I want the high scores to save) 6. I am determined to make it look good, even if that means making up how I want to make it look (if I can't find or reproduce the proper artwork) I'm assuming the 2 player issue can be fixed buy running a second set of wires to use the same buttons for player one and player two. I'll find out tomorrow thanks to a 4 day weekend That would work if 2 player mode is alternate people playing. Judging from what I seen from the sticks, it should be that way. The artwork and things, that's just something that is going to take time to get it all done. It'll look great when it is though. I'll try this game out on MAME tonight to see if it saves high scores. It is alternating turns The artwork shouldn't be too bad once I get a positive identification on it, along with some really good pictures The MAME would help a lot. I Love/Hate MAME at the same time. 80% of the time I can't get the damn game I want to work to play. To me it is very confusing. But then again I never spent much time with it to learn how it works.
