His bed is full of stuffed animals, but he doesn't take them anywhere. A few years back he had a little stuffed dog (named Elvis, it was a hound dog) that he took out to the park with him, but that was brief.

Mine don't go back till the first week of September.

We're homeschooling, but we started today to align w/ the county schedule. Florida is generally mid-August through end of May.

Maryland used to be last week of August, but our governor figured it was good for eastern shore business to not start until after Labor Day.

Between that, snow days, and the mandatory 180 days of instruction, our Spring Break is just a long weekend now.

Summer is long enough, send the kids back to school already!
