I have to admitt those cartridges are beautiful. They look like something the 800XL would use. I have twenty of them and I still don't have a 5200.

Well both of my DSs are dieing so it might be time to replace them with a 3DSXL. I still have my SP so I can still play by GBA games. Too bad I can't play Guitar Hero anymore.

I'm hearing there will be two versions of the new Xbox. The basic difference between them is one will play games while the other one will replace your cable settop box. Both will include DVR capabilities & blu-ray. If you have Verizon's FIOS, the current XBox can be used as a free settop box right now. It seems Microsoft is also going to license the new XBox to 3rd party television makers as well. Imagine buying a LED TV with XBox, DVR and blu-ray built in. Forget about Apple TV, XTV is were its at. Of course, Microsoft will probably raise the price of XBox Live. Finally, I hear the new Kinect will work in a smaller room with less light. It will also support WII like props.

It seems to me that this cartridge converter would have built in logic to convert the joysticks. I've seen plugs that convert the 5200 joysticks to 2600 joysticks. Maybe it would have 5200 controller ports built into the converter?

I've got to have a talk with my boss.

It seems to me this game is very below the standards of previous Activision games. It looks more like a unfinished prototype than a game.

Has anyone ever built a cartridge that would let a 5200 cart play on an Atari 8bit computer or xegs?

I was just going thru my video game inventory and noticed I have Centipede for the 2600/5200/7800/8bit/Colecovision. What games do you have where you own the same game on multiple consoles?

According to Microsoft, 40% of xbox users play games with the machine. The others use it for media-type applications. That is why they are pointing this machine as more of a media center appliance that also plays games. They want to replace cable box with an xbox instead. Verizon FIOS is already heading in that direction.
