Comparing Super Burn out with Afterburner is quite strange: why not comparing Superburner with Blue lightning and comparing Super Burn oput with a bike game that would make more sense. Now it is very simplistic and limited comparison anyway: no fps, no beat them all... To get an objective opinion, better compare the games the 2 systems have in common such as Soulstars?

It sounds like the laser transport is out of order and this is quite common with Jag CD. You have to know that the laser transport is not difficult to find and is very cheap at cost. I changed it on mine 5 years ago and I paid about €10 including shipping fees form China. There are several tutorial that explain how to and what exactly to buy here on AA or elsewhere on the net (if I am remember well Linkovich did one years ago, there is one too on Reboot site...). I recommand you to start by changing the laser transport: it is easy to do and not expensive and in most cases it was the reason why you get question mark on the screen. Now regarding eBay, wether the seller was honnest or not, as he mentionned sold as is you are not sure at all to win the dispute and even if you win it, you will have to pay the return shipping fees which is a real shame: you are abused and the seller doesn't have to pay for the way back...

Any idea for order confirmation and payment? Does he contacts us one by one or?

I fully confirm: on my Lynx 2, the option 1, 2, blacklight on/off are difficult to press and they were like that since the beginning. This is why i prefer playing games by using my Lynx 1 with far more confortable buttons made of caoutchouc instead of hard plastic for the Lynx 2.

I took my Zodiac2 out of the box again and I am facing error messages when launching some games: "The application is missing the signature required to run on this service" whats wrong? could someone explain me how to fix?

hi everyone, I just noticed today that Tapwave.com is back on line Take a look at http://www.tapwave.com/home.html and probably like me re-discover the site of 2005, the pics of the console itself but 3rd party accessories, game et apps, prototypes, ads etc... A very cool idea to rebuild an officiel website for the company as a tribute.

Now we found solutions to continue to use Virtual Jaguar on our Macs, I discovered today that Open Emu plans to add VJ to the list of the emulators it handles. it is here: https://github.com/OpenEmu/OpenEmu/wiki/Console---Core-Plugin-Status-&-Wishlist At this point it is not done and we don't know when a new release will inculde it but it is good to know that this is on the pipe. I downloaded Open Emu and despite I did not found any requirement on their website, it won't launch below OS X.11 which is good for the future but limitative for old Macs.

or buy a Mac as I burned almost all my Jaguar CD-R on my good old 2007 iMac and since I started I got now more than 100.

I am creating DVD box and CD covers because I am burning the games on CD-Rs. Another reason is drawing cartridge labels is not fun at all for me: the narrow label height obliges to keep only few elements of the box art so it is very resctrictive and drawing a box art is far more fun. Sorry but don't expect cartridge labels from me because I really have little interest for that. P.S: I am adding some deco for Star Wars as well today on the dedicated page

This is exactly the one I am using: The inkjet print on CD is very vulnerable in the humidity and just by touching the CD you leave finger marks which damage that printed deco. With that coating it becomes waterproof.

To burn a jaguar CD, download the free demo of Discjuggler. To burn a CD with that software, simply select the jiffi converted Jaguar rom as source Insert a blank CD-R Click on Start button and that's it: you will get the game burned. I am using Verbatim printable CD-R (because they are here the only ones i can find) and it works almost everytime. Then as my computer is a Mac, I am using Cd Laserprint to print on it the CD deco then I spray some coating to protect the printed picture and that's it.
