I have the OS-B correct PAL . and the XL file for the XL/XE to be reconized but this program will not boot. nor will it read blue max.rom or the mogul maniac. rom what can i do to get this right

Ok 5 years later i have gotten nowheres. i am opening this case up once again. Not at this point. saying is it a proto or not but more about gathering info on the lists of burnable roms for the atari 8 bit Romox chips and people who might have been working with them . Wheater it was apart of Romox or Amiga. I lost base with the people who sold this cart to me. TO my knowledge it was given as a tester to a dealer in Texas in 1983. He never returned it and it sat . The family moved to New Jersey , the father died, and the son sold it at a garage sale with Romox Topper, SeaChase and an Atari 800 for $1.00. The Son claimed they had other interesting atari Items that never made it to the light of day , but i never saw proof of that. or even a list of what he had else. I figure this cart was enough of a project for me. Where would be a good place to start searching again. Since 2001 who here would be the best to get in contact with to talk about this cart with. thank you in advance jason

i didnt think many here would have had it but i was hoping someone did. also im looking for Mission Impossible for IBM compatable 3.5 inch disks. i think it was 2 disk set. from 1990,91. that too id be interested in.

i guess i got rusty after being out of the atari game for a while. i must look foolish for getting them but i havent seen any atari 2600 chips looking like these all too often. the text on the back also is different than usual

it was a standard desktop computer with 1.44mb 3.5 drive. it was offered from radio shack as a word processor with the $25.00 option of a 15mb hard drive. ( i believe). i think the total was 329.00 brand new. but it was mis marketed and was the high end word processor. go figure. external 2400baud modem came with it in the package with the hard drive. so was the deskmate and aol disks.

Would be cool if u also had the 5 deskmate and aol 2.0 or 3.0 disk that came with the bundle.

Will there be a time when there is a rarity guide and coverage of atari 8 bit like u do with 2600/5200/7800 etc?

Did they come out with a Volume 2 Issue 6? and was that the final one or did they do a Vol 3. i would think since Vol. 2 Issue 5 is April 84 i would think not.

Z28 can back me up , i know ive done some bad things growing up on the board, but i have never done anythign like steal from cherity and thats exactly what u did. If he went back and fixed it then good for him. but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that the person did that to start with. and seemed to want to brag about it. Like before i know i did some not to hot things here but still that was low

Ok i have to get a picture to help u identify this unit. mind u its been beat to hell from when i was a kid but ill try to verbally describe it. it says MINI-VIO Breakfree. its red and tan FLouresent screen , it was made by Mego Corp. anyone know anything about these units i need to find a replacement and before i got to ebay i figured id ask u all about it first

Pro Football <realsports> ( cx2668?) back says 3601 320 Singapore CA018185-68. Atari 1982. CO16468-P03 2.) Super Breakout (cx-2608) back says R35017. 8233(33rd week of 82.) CA018185-XX atari 1981. 018185A-23. Says on front HT0L3. 3.) Math Game (Cx-2658??) back says 8332A540. 8226 ( 26th week of 82). Japan. Ca018185-XX. atari 1982. CO12058-02 4.) Maze Cx2635? nothing on the chip. the chip on the front has a stamp 17 5.) Sword Quest ( Cx-2656) back says C89007. 8235 Singapore. Ca018185-56. atari 1982. 0108456-09 6.) Defender nothing on chip or rom. 7.) MS Pacman Cx2675. white stamp on the back 1075. the front says CA018185-01 8.) Asteroids says on back 8364A910. 8226 Japan. CA018185-XX. atari 1981. CO 16449B02. Decoders anyone please decode sounds like regular releases anyone have official release dates?

what shoudl i look for or do when i get them to help me figure out what i got? the baggies with the labels look old school ( maybe someone did this in the mid to late 80s))? well i havent seen these before that i can remember but i guess ill see the dates . what should i look for when i they come in? at least for as dates on the board?

Ive been gone for a while but i saw this and had to bid on this and it kinda got me back into atari again. im rather sure these arent regular release chips. but like usual ebay rules items untested. they were bought in part with some other non released titles. that were sold over a year ago . this was last of the chips they had. So heres the question 1.) Prototype chips? im gonna start on this system for a while and see what i can find in teh wild. probably it will be a long time till i find more games but ill see what happens.

the unit is made Jan. 1990 so i dont know which it is for as generation and also i heard something about the system card. the one i got is black white and orange. doesnt say 2.0 or 3.0 or anything. like i posted earlier evil bay kept me from getting this at 20$ and now im gonna weigh my options with this

I came across a guy at ebgames with a TG 16 CD addon. the guy whos the manager wanted to know if its something id be interested in . after a few days of looking it up he said it went for 140 without games and he had 3 titles. now i dont see them too often if ever so i figure it has to be on the rarer side of life. after we agreed on $95 i had to think about it . i dont know good the titles were and all. but i ended up putting out for it. and now that i have it i need to know from you all waht you think. the games are Valis II it came from the desert and lords of the rising sun. it also comes with the game case( plastic black) and a 5 player multi tap. 2 controlers adn system card. discuss.

as far as i know im the only real gamer in my family. dad tried to get into it to spend time with me but never really got into it. so im the lone duck in this pond

steve, i am wiating for a cheap enough n gage to play these on. im just into it for the games not the phone itself. i dont know how the whole sim thing would be effected. but im gonna see what others i can get my hands on. i did get regualr releases of Tomb Raider , ghost recon jungle, and i think bomberman. i figured those might be playable and maybe enjoyable on the system im just tring to look at the chip and be able to decode it like we can atari and snes carts

i got locally yesterday 4 Ngage games ( not for reasle) titles pandimonium, fifa2004, ncaa 2004, and rayman3. cost me 20$. i think this might be a forgotten system alot like the mattel aquarius system was in 1983. discuss.
