  1. Number one, I sold the game as is with a blatant disclaimer in the original add stating the I did not know if it worked or not, and that all sales were final. I in no way attempted to rip anyone off and did not do so. I do not understand where you're anger is coming from, and most of all how did you find out this information as this was all discussed in a private conversation between myself and the buyer? When you say that an item was working when you bought it, then go on to say AS - IS, you are legally bound by the wording of your statement, that working is how the item is. AS-IS: WORKING. The words "AS IS" are not synonymous for BROKEN. You simply should NOT mention working in your ad, if you don't know one way or the other. That's why this whole thing stinks. Who sold it to you? Aren't you the least concerned that they ripped you off, now that you KNOW it is not working? You have now sold it, and it is harming YOUR reputation. Seeing that it does not work, doesn't that make you mad? If you can't account for the first party who sold it to you in the first place, I don't see why anyone should ever trust anything you post for sale here again. Your stance on the situation makes it very clear to me what kind of intentions you had here. You have no prior credentials on Atari Age. You come in and make an artful deception in my opinion, you knew it didn't work. Public opinion is much stronger than your little word games. Just good luck selling here at AA again. AX Ok, my "as is" wording was as follows " i've been told by the previous owner that it does work, however I do not have access to an Atari myself to confirm this", directly saying that i dont know if it works or not, I do not now nor have ever owned an Atari so I had no way of checking to see if it worked. My "kind of intentions" were to sell a rare game I found to a collector who would really appreciate it. I collect things myself and know how important having a rare item is and how great it feels. I in no way intended to rip anyone off and did not do so as I was 100% honest with my buyer, and everyone else, on all matters involved.

  3. And with that, the game is sold to Mark T! Thank you all for your interest and if I ever find any more games in the future I know where I will go to sell them!
  4. I'd say $55-66 is quite reasonable for this game. First off, hard to find. Second off, great condition. Thirdly, doubtful it doesn't work. Fourth, AWESOME GAME! Well thank you sir, And with that I shall post a set price of $60 plus shipping for the cart. Given its' rarity, and condition, I believe this a very fair price for such a great game. Anyone interested in purchasing it, post a response saying so or PM my account.
  5. well if you would like to make an offer of 66 (plus shipping), i will accept and this lovely cart can be yours, still have no offers so you could be first lol
  6. No not really, I'm mostly an Xbox 360 gamer. So I'm looking to sell.
  7. Hello, you seemed to express interest in my Qberts Qubes cart for 2600. Were you interested in buying it or just commenting on the price?

  8. I concur, Doctor. Has anyone bid on it Kailon91? Nope no one so far, and 66 sounds like a very fair price for it and i would be very willing to accept that were someone to make an offer
  9. Thanks for the heads up all. As i said I'm not much of an Atari gamer/collector so I just saw this as rare and checked on this Atari Age and saw it was 9. Again thank you for the clarifications and I will take the into account with the pricing.
  10. I am looking to sell my copy of Q*berts Qubes for the Atari 2600. The game is cartridge only, do not have the box or instructions, and i've been told by the previous owner that it does work, however I do not have access to an Atari myself to confirm this. Either way, would still make an excellent addition to any Atari 2600 collection as this is an extremely rare game, not easily found in the wild. Atari Age rates this game as a 9 on their scale, showing it is extremely hard to find. I will be doing all transactions through Paypall, and will be taking offers through private messages. As I am not an avid collector myself, I do not know a definite price to ask for this unit so I will be taking bids on it through my messages, so if you are interested please send me a private message. Attached is a picture of the cartridge. All sales are final.
