  2. When it comes to the paperwork it's best to look at the part numbers to get an idea of when they were made. Some of the ones gamerMac posted have revision numbers such as 7.78 (July 1978) on them.
  3. the few Japanese sites/photos I have seen show no more than 6. I also recall photos of a box that all 6 games nicely fit into.
  4. CAS-110 Maths drill (Math Fun & Fun with Numbers) CAS-130 Sports fan (Baseball & Sumo Wrestling) CAS-140 Gambler I (Blackjack) CAS-141 Gambler II (Slot Machine and Dice) CAS-160 Space Command (Space War) CAS-190 Inspiration (Bagua and Biorhythm)
  5. I might be remembering wrong but I think that photo was for the Euro-clones porto rather than the actual Studio III.
  6. I think I have mentioned that before in the huge amount of ramble that's occurred on here. But also remember that the Academy Apollo 80 Box and Manual has a photo of the system which has the "Victory III" label on it.. which if I remember correctly from this topic was the prototype name for the "Euro clones"
  7. I am no expert at such things but I'm guessing it's the dumper. Was viewing the dumps in a hex editor.. the dumps dont match.. they do have some parts that do.. stupid question.. have you checked to see if the pins are clean?
  8. stupid answer but you have checked the sound switch on the unit is on?
  9. I'm interested in seeing/hearing your progress/failures on this.
  10. Sadly sold but some very nice photos of the Mustang 9016 here: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Mustang-9016-Vintage-Telespiel-Computer-716590-59-Raritat-alt-/142273110723?clk_rvr_id=1171983092921&rmvSB=true also watching these, interesting to see if they do sell for this ammount: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Star-Wars-Mpt-02-Soundic-Victory-rca-studio-II-2-clone-1ST-STAR-WARS-GAME-EVER-/201803278690?hash=item2efc69a962:g:3IwAAOSw44BYkjGy http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Pinball-Mpt-02-Soundic-Victory-rca-studio-II-2-clone-sheen-conic-Hanimex-/201803666677?hash=item2efc6f94f5:g:zg8AAOSwA3dYkqdN
  11. Still trying to track down this company Academy.. the company I thought it might be never got back to me.. refused to respond to even give a general contact. I did find this tho: sadly trail is cold. The addresses I can find linked to it seem to have been demolished and no real name of the owner. I don't know if anyone who has better skills/contacts can get any more info.
  12. Would be interesting to have on the diagnostics program to do some colour test for any colour clones. Only Bowling and Blackjack used one other background colour (green) none of the official games ever used the other 2 colours for backgrounds so would be interesting to see the output of them on real hardware.
  13. I do wonder if they decided against adding any beeps/whines to not deter sales (or even stop shops going insane from hearing it 1000s of times a day in its short loop)
  14. I tried the rom in Emma02 and it worked perfectly in both the StudioII emulation and Victory MPT-02 emulation.
  15. I'd just leave it on. It's part of that game's history.
  16. I think/hope someone here can donate a copy or at least sell you a cheap copy for you to use. The thing about the RCA carts tho are they are riveted shut. So have to be carefully open with tools
  17. well the guy in the youtube comments does have a video showing he owns a copy.. it's in this video. Not much point contacting him as all the info he has is.. he bought it on ebay over 10 years ago. Did reply to ask if his copy had any form of instruction leaflet. Would be interesting to know.
  18. Might be an idea if someone was able to model/3d scan the RCA Cart shell, so those who rather have a 3d printed version rather than destroy an original cart have an option.
  19. Someone on that demo cart video commented and claimed they also have a demo cart that they bought on ebay 10 years ago. They could be lieing but they seem to own a large video game collection. So if true is a 3rd known copy still in existence. Overall the demo cart seems more common than Bingo.
  20. Personally I'd remove the "stock no." and put "Repro no." or "Reproduction no." then for the number you could put "2017V0001"
  21. Shouldn't you put some mark on it tho to indicate it's a copy. I know it would look far too clean to be original. But you don't want someone 10 years in the future finding one and thinking he's got some small gem.
