Another reason I haven't posted a for offer thread is it seems to generate what I believe is unnecessary anger. People start shouting at you to post set prices, even though the goal is to feel out the demand/value. In addition, a huge part of the fun for me is haggling, but some people don't appear to have the patience and/or social skills to handle it. I don't enjoy making waves, so I have kept a lot of my collection in the dark instead of putting it out there to hear offers.

I should say if you are interested in the Super Sketch, I can't recall having received any real offers on it, as I have only posted about it a couple times. I need to do one of those collection show off threads, but the thought of digging out all my rare games deters me. Maybe some day soon, as I think I've got some exciting items.

I don't necessarily have the desire to sell anything, but I do believe every item has its price no matter what the owner says. Some of the offers on my high end games have been sounding pretty tantalizing lately.. However, I would have to search through my old messages from 2012 when I posted my glorious finds here to see which people I promised could have first crack at my collection. I have been watching Ebay a lot, though, and I have definitely had some fleeting thoughts of posting pics and hearing offers. I think the condition on my rarities is far above average. Some are even near mint.

I don't usually seek out sealed games, but I have picked some up over the years when the prices have been right. I feel confident in judging the authenticity if I can see it in person, or if there are very high quality pics of edges and corners. I enjoy collecting unusually great condition games, so I can't help myself when there is a sealed game for a decent price. I need to find better protection cases for some.. I'm nervous every time I need to move or look at things like my sealed Super Sketch. It's just a larger box, so I can't use standard box protector. I just have it in bubble wrap for now. For anyone wondering, I bought it due to the price being too low to pass up, and after thinking how few sealed copies must exist. I'm not sure what a sealed Super Sketch is worth, but I know I got a great deal, and that is part of the fun.

I love KOEI games, and I still need to complete my nes set of them.. Took a break hunting them for a while, as I want minty CIB copies, and they are tough to find in such condition. The music seems to always be exceptional in these games.

I see a couple people here talking about vintage action figures.. I wonder if anyone has any M.U.S.C.L.E. figures for sale. I have a decent collection going and would like to acquire more.

RIP my level 22 Wizard in hardcore mode. Everything was going great on hard difficulty until I got frozen during a boss battle at an inopportune time. I was trying out the wizard since I already have a Paragon level 57 monk, but I think I'll be using another monk when I try hardcore again. Those healing and invincibility powers come in handy!

I played incredible amounts of The Last of Us lately.. The online is so addictive. However, since Diablo III dropped, I'm decimating demons daily.

Colecovision Mouse Trap - 310 minutes Lock N Chase - 80 minutes JetPack! - 80 minutes

This was a couple weeks ago, but it was years in the making. Playing Wayne Gretzky's 3D hockey on the hardest difficulty is a true test of my gaming fortitude. I finally got the Stanley Cup. I almost never enjoy sports games, but this N64 classic is so intense with fast paced arcade style action, I got hooked.

I would also enjoy some strategy tips if you would like to share them. I love this game, but I find it brutally difficult.

I got back into the spirit today with some Mouse Trap on good old Skill Level Three. New high score! The cats start to move so fast in the later levels! I need more practice, but I think this is a decent score.

I'm curious as to what the most played Colecovision games are.

I just had a chance to play a few rounds, and it's excellent! It has great controls, and the game play seems to be a different experience each time, which will keep me coming back again and again. Here is a pic of my first high score. Thank you for another great game!

I'm excited to play this game! If it is half as addictive as Squares! then I'll be playing a lot of Colecovision in the next few months.. Hopefully, it will arrive soon so I can get my new addiction started.

I was mistaken. I used to play different Tapper ports with my NES Advantage and Honyu Explorer controllers, so I think that is what confused me.

Saying it isn't worth it to you makes more sense than just stating it isn't worth such a price. Just like others have said, the last CIB was auctioned and sold for over a grand, so it's worth it to at least a couple people.

Are the rocks and diamonds random, making the game play different each time?
