  1. Can you play the valve games (portal and half life 2) Nvidia had ported to android? I know these require the tegra 4. Just not sure if there shield only.
  2. I don't own a Nes everdrive but I own a turbografx everdrive. The quality is top notch. I bought directly from Krikzz and he had it shipped to me from the other side of the world within a couple weeks.
  3. Night Ranger - Sister Christian Sent from my HTC Desire 601 using Forum Fiend v1.2.14.
  4. I would recommend 90 percent or better electronic rubbing alcohol on the carts.
  5. Have you cleaned all of the carts with q-tips and alcohol? It could also be a vram issues if it displays garbled up.
  6. I am not sure of the rules when it comes to discussing where to get Rom files. (Some forums really crack down on it) But let's say that torrrent files are the way to go for a large collection of roms.
  7. Season 8 - Game 7 - Antarctic Adventure - Skill Level 1 - Round Ends December 9th at 8:00 a.m. EST From Wikipedia: The player takes the role of an Antarctic penguin, racing to disparate research stations owned by different countries in Antarctica (excluding the USSR) The gameplay is similar to Sega's Turbo, but plays at a much slower pace, and features platform game elements. The penguin, later named Penta, must reach the next station before time runs out while avoiding sea lions and breaks in the ice. Throughout the levels, fish jump out of ice holes and can be caught for bonus points. The game, like many early video games, has no ending – when the player reaches the last station, the game starts from the first level again, but with increased difficulty. 9. I like the way your website is laid out. Looks really professional.
  10. Postal 3 looks really funny. Sometime when it's really cheap on steam I might have to get it. This game seems more deranged then funny.
  11. Here are photos of the two I have. I really like the Olympic symbols on the one box. I bought both of them via eBay from Canadian sellers.
  12. Yeah it kind of reminds me of the debate in the news a few years ago over the violence in Manhunt 2. I remember telling a few people that I had a Wii game that had been banned in a few countries. It gets people talking.
  13. I agree it would have to have a physical controller. Think Ouya but manufactured by Nintendo with Nintendo first party games. An open system that allows developers to self publish. First party games would be better quality and cost more then the android apps. Better yet would be a partnership with a cloud gaming service like Onlive. Then you could play high quality pc games and not have to worry about lower end hardware.
  14. This game looks pretty pointless. There really doesn't seem to be any point to the game other then mowing people down. Ive played several of the GTA games and although I spent a lot of time in killing sprees I also played missions and spent a lot of time racing around. This game seems likes it's violence for violence sake and I can't imagine finding it interesting for more then a couple minutes.
  15. I own 2 different boxed Commodore 64 "breadbox" computers. I was wondering if there is a list of the different boxes that the C64 came in online anywhere. With pictures would be awesome but without would also work
  16. It wouldn't make since for apple to do that as they make there own hardware. Google on the other hand might not be a bad partner. Nintendo has a system and intellectual properties. Google has unlimited resources and an OS (Android) that they could add to the sysfem to allow self publishing by developers and give the nintendo system access to every game and app on google play.
  17. Don't know if the vecmulti (sd cart) is still for sale anywhere but it's the best multicart to buy. I had the 72 in one cart but with the vecmulti you can play whatever game you want.
  18. The 3ds is the only system of this generation (Wii u, Xbox one, ps4, ps vita) I have any interest in. The only advice I could offer to Nintendo is to keep on innovating. Keep trying to come up with new ideas that are different. Sometimes they will get it right like the Nes, Game boy, and Wii and make a fortune. Sometimes it won't be successful (virtual boy) and they will lose money.
  19. I don't doubt it. The vectrex is easily my second favorite system. The Colecovision is my favorite so that's where my money seems to go as far as homebrews are concerned. I wish the vectrex community was tied closer to atariage as I tend not to wander elsewhere. I usually don't even hear about vectrex homebrews until long after they are sold out.
  20. I just finished buying : A boxed intellivision for 95 A boxed Commodore 64 for about 100 (including brutul Canadian shipping) A boxed Commodore 16 plus 4 for about a 100 with shipping
  21. Matt Patrol - Beginner - Ends Nov. 25 at 8:00 am EST Comments from the Original Programmer (Matt Householder) about this game: "I'm the guy who did the original Moon/Matt Patrol for ColecoVision in 1984. It was canceled by Atarisoft 30 years ago just as I was finishing it up and was about to do the title screen. I still have my original design/development notes - including my artwork and code. I looked through them today and found the final approved box design and manual mark-up. I also found my title screen art for CV Joust. I could code changes/improvements to CV Moon Patrol. Anybody care? Any questions?" "I made several customized copies of "Matt Patrol" for Atari colleagues - in particular - Helyett, who was in QA and had tested it for a month straight, and Selma, who was in marketing. I remember I gave Helyett her copy, but Selma had been canned already. So, I kept that one (and I still have it). I must have burned some customized copies for my fellow ColecoVision programmers -- like Larry Clague, Mike Hendricks, Dave Cartt, and Jim Eisenstein. But I don't recall exactly who got one. The bra UFOs were just silliness. I had been a DEVO fan since 1978, hence the "energy domes"." 23. You could get a psp for a lot less then 100. A dingoo sells for about a hundred. The shield is really the way to go however. Besides being able to play just about any system or computer up to the PlayStation it is a full fledge android tablet and there are games that only work on the shield (on android or any other portable device) like Portal and Half-Life 2. Also Nvidia is a very reputable company.
