I think most of us know that you're putting a ton of work into getting these orders together and appreciate it!

I received mine from the AA Store, and I'm loving it so far! I highly recommend that anyone receiving one from this AA batch immediately update the firmware, since some games (like Donkey Kong XM) wouldn't work for me until I did the update. I think it's awesome that Rikki & Vikki can be played on the 7800 using the GameDrive, for anyone who missed out on the physical release (or for those of us who would prefer to leave the cart in the box).

Games using IP that the developer doesn't have rights to are no longer sold in the AtariAge Store. It's why so many games were delisted over the summer and Al had a last chance sale on those titles.

Ugh, so sorry for your experience, carlsson! It seems so silly to me that you get charged like that for gifts.

Since my niece is arriving tomorrow to spend a week with me, I used that as an excuse to open my Secret Santa gift early. Normally, I like to do an unboxing video, but I ended up a little more pressed for time this year, so I just took a picture of all the very cool stuff I received. My Secret Santa this year was none other than the Immortal John Hancock! How cool is that? Not only did he send me five physical games, including three of his homebrew releases, but he also sent a USB drive with digital copies of his games on the Atari 2600, Sega Genesis, and Super Nintendo! I moved in the last year (from Indiana to Virginia), and I don't yet have my Atari systems set up (except for my Jaguar). I'm now really motivated to hook them up so I can try out these games! I do have my Genesis and SNES set up, so maybe I'll find some time before my niece gets here to add those to my flash carts and give them a go. Thank you so much, Santa! I always love getting new homebrew games, and I really can't wait to play these!

Nice! I need to get my Lynx working again. I installed a McWill screen, and everything worked for a while, and then died. I did a lot of gift shopping yesterday, but in addition to that, I picked up another Arcade1Up machine. It's one that, as a Sega fan, I've wanted for a long time, but they refuse to put on sale. I finally bought it at full price, but I got a lot of Kohl's cash out of it.

I hope you all had a happy Thanksgiving, for those who celebrated it! Tracking numbers have started to trickle in. Just a reminder—please provide either CaptainBreakout or me with the tracking number whenever you send your gift so that we can pass that along to your recipient! It lets them know to be on the lookout for the package, plus it helps CaptainBreakout and I keep track of which gifts have and haven't been sent. We're getting so close to Christmas, now! I guess I need to break out my profile pic with the Santa hat, if I can find it.

Yeah, I've never really been a fan of Mortal Kombat. I bought the cocktail cabinet more for the other games included (Rampage, Gauntlet, Root Beer Tapper, Sinistar). As for stinky Genesis games, they smell as super-fresh as ever! 😛
