  1. I see, many here doesnt care that much for the condition of the games In contrast to this Ebay seller I am honest in descriping my games and I show every flaw. There are pictures of every single page, not like in the auction, where the only page which wasnt shown was "accidentally" the one with the flaw. So the answer is no, there are no writings. I overact that this was just to tease me
  2. Another picture update, this time you can compare the US and the IT manual. I just realized that the italian one is a bit smaller. And as you can see: The screenshots are taken out of the US manual Anyway, you cant compare this to other european manuals. I have a French Ice Trek too and the french manual looks pretty poor: http://ogdb.eu/image...=125255&limit=0
  3. I know, I have some of that releases too, but this one is coated. Its semigloss paper and nearly like the US Manual of Fathom But I think its US overstock which was shipped to Europe.
  4. Cmart offered 1500 $, so I guess you got it for 1501 " (@ cmart: If you play along with me I participate you at the profit ) But seriously, if you are interessted just make a offer, I am considering offers and the most interessting gets the surcharge. Edit: If you are willing to buy it for 1.501$ I would give you free shipping
  5. Yeah of course, 600 is pretty hard. I paid 300€ for my Tutankham, but it was in a bundle with 7 games and a console, so its hard to say how much I really paid for Tutankham. On the other side: It was a bid hidden (not mentioned in the title) and it was the only auction I saw on Ebay. All others Tuts were sold by BiN's
  6. If dont know, its pretty tough to get in a good condition. If Worm Whomper sells for 100-130, Tutankham should bring at least 200-250.
  7. But please keep in mind that I am from Germany, so the shipping is a bit more expensive. I not going to sell it, I really look for trades.
  8. We'll see if there is anybody interessted in this variant or not. I also have a CiB Super Cobra (good condition, not mint) and some commons (Frogger, Popeye) for trade. I am looking for trades to complete my 125, so here is a list of the CiB games I still need (I dont collect lose carts): Spiker (just to mention it ^^) Stadium Mud Buggies Triple Challenge Worm Whomper Chess Reversi Tron Solar Sailor Jetsons World Series Major League Baseball Scooby Doo (but I may get one soon) Royal Dealer Kool Aid Man Loco Motion Bump'n Jump World Championship Baseball Dig Dug Body Slam Mountain Madness Slap Shot Learning Fun I Learning Fun II Stampede River Raid
  9. Here is the photo update. I didnt took pictures of every single page in tha manual, just the three to show it.
  10. Today my Fathom from Italy arrived and I was dissapointed at the first moment, because I couldnt find a manual. But on the second view I realized that there is a manual, but its an italien instruction booklet. Its not printed in color, but has a nice quality. On the backside is an italian adress, so its definitely something official. This is the adress: The box is a bit crushed, but it has no differences to the normal Fathom box and its still okay, not completely destroyed. I offer this one for trade. I already have some nice trade oppurtinities, but I dont know if they want a Fathom WITHOUT the US manual. On the other side there are many variant collectors and I guess the italien version could possible be interessting for this guys. I'll add pictures of the game in some hours, but I would be very thankful to every opinion if this is something special or just crap missing the original manual
  11. Dragonfire is a very simple game, but its damn fast and makes a lot of fun. Its not expensive, so I would call Dragonfire a must have.
  12. I wonder if there is another community were its harder to sell games without boxes, than boxes without games
  13. Yes, this one would not fit to my collection and is at least 200$ over the limit (in this condition I would say its maybe 200 worth), but its the first SMB since a long time, so I cant tell how desperate some collectors maybe are
  14. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 290919860969 Too expensive, not in a good condition, but I am excited if its get sold anyway.
  15. Oh, I dont want to annoy anyone But I guess there are some differences between Dave and Elektronite?
  16. Maybe I got it wrong, but doesnt that mean you would allow other people to sell your games? If thats the statement, my next post goes to: @ Elektronite How about that: Make Cart only Versions of the recent releases (ALL of them, not just the 9 offered). I guess its not that hard for you. I dont need CiB releases and the box + manual + overlay is maybe the hardest part of releasing the games. Just creating the carts and printing a label isnt that hard, is it? Easy money for Elektronite (I would appreciate if Dave gets some bucks from the sold games too) and it makes the customers happy. If Elektronite doesnt want this, maybe someone else could produce carts? I just know it from the SNES and there its no big deal to burn the EEPROM and create a cart only game. In any case, it makes me sad that Dave gets this negative reactions. Of course I can understand why this happened, but he has done so much for the Intellivision. Wasnt he the first guy who ever released a homebrew for the Intellivision? Who knows if Elektronite were ever founded if that guy hasnt walked that way before. I dont know if I get games from him this time, but in the future I will definitely buy the new releases
  17. If I made no mistake this are the scores right now: Ignorama – 20.100 Oscar G. - 12.860 Liduario – 9.710 roadrunner – 6.310 felson42 – 4.170 mr_intv – 3.490 jblenkle – 410 Just 7 members posted scores, this must be increased!
  18. You may have something to trade? I bought a lot some days ago with Shark Shark. I first want to keep it for my collection, but finally I want to go for the 125 before I am going for variants. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.de%2Fitm%2F171040167037%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1439.l2649 The lot isnt by me right now, but I hope it comes tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. If you want to I can make detailed pictures. I hope its CiB. By the way: Turbo and QBert are for my collection, I have a trade opportunity for Fathom, but the others games are for trading to. Feel free to ask for Super Cobra
  19. Why? Shipping a game to Europe with priority mail costs 35$, its not that expensive, because the € is pretty strong and the game arrives the buyer in a week. I really dont get the point if limiting the auctions on such rare items. I had paid double as much as the Jetsons + ECS ended (of course this shipping would have been more expensive)
  20. But I am afraid that the bottom flap is competely ripped off. If you like these versions maybe take a look to Ebay.de and Ebay.it, there are often games like that.
  21. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2Fws%2FeBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26item%3D221226993278 Own fault, he didnt even allows international bidders to contact him. I had paid much more than that, but I had no chance
  22. Lets hope this impresses the audience enough to reach the goal. By the way, what is the goal? And are there bonusses for people who spent much money? And finally, are there stretch goals?
  23. @ DZ I get your point and I can understand why you think that way. Ratings are always a very complicated theme, because everyone has a personal scale. Its always a bit confusing for people if I say "5 out of 10", they often think its a crap game for me, but it isnt. 5 out of 10 means its an average game, not very good, but also not bad. In every case, the final score is pretty useless without the review. Maybe some of you know Deadly Premonition for PS3 and XBox360? Its a game you cant give good scores because of the pretty poor graphics and slow downs, but its a game which impresses with story and atmosphere. Its always important to read why a rating isnt perfect or near to it, often the review reveals that this doesnt mean the game isnt worth to play it. So I wont derail this thread anymore, just to close with the topic: Til today Carol is my favorite homebrew on the Intellivision and its very hard to push it from the throne (Defender of the Crown is a serious contrary, but we will see). Thats the reason I said in another thread that Carol is a must have in the shelf. The ROM isnt enough for such a good game, everyone who likes the Intellivision should realy buy (and support) games like that. For myself, I try to get every homebrew, but I never would say they are all must haves, so Carol is a special one for me
  24. Serously, I would say its just a Cartridge with manual and someone put that into a bag pro prevent the manual gets lost too If there were several Thunder Castle copies seen like that I would maybe change my mind, but one copy is no proof. I was on a fleemarket today and one seller puts the SNES carts in a plastic bag just to protect them.
  25. We just have different points of view. If my favorite Intelli game gets a 9 it doesnt mean that the scale is from 1 to 9. I never played one single Intellivision game which I would call perfect. On every game I played myself I found some things I want to be improved. Like I told you, the only game which I called perfect when I saw the credits was FF IX. Epic story, wonderful graphics, awesome soundtrack and gameplay. So 9 is nearly perfect and right now there is no perfect Intellivision game for me (I know, its blasphemic, but its my opinion )
