I'm the same way. I think I edit every post at least three times, not so much to fix typos as to improve grammar and syntax and to develop my ideas further.

I'm sure my condition has a name. I see what I meant to type instead of what's there until I go away and come back.

I'm the exact same way. I've renewed my subscription many times to both support the site and be able to fix embarrassing typos.
