  I just looked into the LCD/VGA kit and found there are several sources available and for a lot cheaper than when I checked last, by about $150! I just ordered one, along with a voltage regulator rebuild kit (I probably have all the components already, but it was less than $2), with shipping for about $100! So maybe I'll join in the next high score club game...
