  1. It's such a shame that so many people seem to thrive on drama... get off on complaining... and don't seem to be happy unless they are angry at something/someone.  I'm so happy I'm not one of these people. I would feel sorry for them, but that really would just be a complete waste of my energyl

For some people, they old saying is true: "I'm not happy until you're not happy."

As someone, who oddly attempted to steal my joy, once advised me to not let anyone steal my joy.

So I did throughout her career.   I was even a bit more joyful when she finally retired.

@DZ-JAY Kickstarter absolutely DOES work that way. There have been countless examples where if it is obvious a project will not fund, that pledging to be alerted about updates is extremely beneficial to those not only campaigning but for consumers interested in the product as a vehicle to deliver updates about the product. Example: I am still getting updates about the Dragons Lair movie that didn’t fund and I find it useful because I’m not following any other outlet that will give...

Yes. Getting interested people to join the Kickstarter also gives you a better idea of likely buyers.

Hoping for this kickstarter to earn $154,000 in the next two weeks is like saying your football team can still win, down by 13 with 1:03 left in the game, if they score a quick touchdown, then recover an onside kick and return it for another TD.

      It ain't happening.

And yet hundreds of thousands of dollars are care-free dumped into vaporware like polymega or chameleon or ataribox.

TPR, is it really "all or nothing" as the Kickstarter says? It would be a shame if this weren't funded. It's a little much for me (I like but don't love ColecoVision, and have zero cartridges) but I'm glad it's out there.
