Thank you to everyone who responded. I have narrowed a working power supply and the colecovision turns on so that narrows it down to the power supply. I have cut it open. Does anybody know which capacitors I should replace? Thanks.

I have a colecovision that only shows a black screen when I turn it on. I have tested the voltage coming out of the ac adapter and I get the 5, -5 and 12 volts when the console is turned off. When I turn the console on the -5 and 12 volts remain constant but the 5 volt line drops to 1.9 volts. Does anybody have any thoughts as to what could be the cause of the problem and how to fix it? Thanks.
