I still play Fatso here and there, so don't give me that nobody like to plays or cares about your games.
I'd say do it when you feel like it, but don't just drop it. Seems to me you like it to a point, and that is the main thing.

I remember 30, but that was a while ago. The slow ride down the hill (actually starts around 24 or so)...

Programming can be damned frustrating at times, no matter what language (I'm working on Action Script at this moment - and sometimes I want to just scream), There will always be problems that crop up and drive you nuts (been there - and will return myself - PHP get to me to at at times). But when the program (game) is finally done, it feels a whole lot better!

I'd love to try one out too, but the scalpers will be buying the first round - expect then on eBay for much higher prices (I always dislike that). Hopefully will get a change myself sometime next year

Your welcome on the catalogs. I've always like those little booklets. As for Mr. Averett, from what I read on the guy, he enjoyed writing O2 games - thus I wouldn't feel too sorry for the guy. He did Pick Axe Pete, so he's good in my book! Would be interesting to see what he does think of those doing homebrew games though.
High score function for celery game

The high score function in O2 games is not cool, it makes the game better. It was done in all the later O2 games back in the day, and honestly, it makes keeping track of your high score in a series of games that much easier (otherwise they would not have bother doing it in the first place). 2600 games don't always have it, and frankly, that is their loss. Keep doing it, as it 'adds' to the game value.
