  1. Mine's at http://www.op9.net/vg/index.php?dir=full_collection Lots of updates and goodies there.
  2. http://www.op9.net/forsale/ I'll have these up until 7/29, then it goes to eBay. Pics are available upon request, and feel free to make an offer on anything.
  3. That'd be a nice purchase. Wish I had the dough!
  4. Unfortunately, the chances of Total Carnage really seeing the light of day outside prototype collectors is as slim as slim gets.
  5. Good selection to start out with! I need to drag my Jaguar out and give it a spin -- been too busy lately!
  6. It's very slow goin', but well worth the download once you get through the agonizing d/l speed. Everyone's getting in on this one.
  7. Man, I'm still sad you gotta let all that go. I know how it goes, though, and I hope all looks brighter soon!
  8. (I should add I'm not talking about your everyday pirate distribution networks or WaReZ kiddies. I'm talking about a dedicated team of people whose sole purpose is to release unreleased games obtained from collectors. Some might consider it the same, some might not.)
  9. I don't anticipate seeing many of the unreleased games coming out anytime soon. Strangely enough, though, I've been hearing of a group that spends exhorbitant $$$ to buy unreleased games from collectors under the guise of themselves being collectors, only to turn around and release them to the public on the downlow. A recent DC release just happened that way, along with some Neo-Geo prototypes, so it's spreading across platforms quickly. I haven't heard of this kind of thing happening beforehand (other than you, of course, in an apples to oranges kind of way ). It's really struck a chord pitting gamers vs. developers over at ASSEMbler's forums. I personally would give an arm and a leg just to touch Arena Football, much less have an on-cart copy.
  10. This is frickin' awesome. 2005 is already looking like a good year for the Jaguar.
  11. Frickin' awesome. I've been able to show this to a bunch of former fans of the Jaguar, and they've dusted off their hardware just to give it a whirl!
  12. ...an investment, indeed!
  13. Up north of there too. If I hadn't lived in Denver at the launch, I probably would never have found it. After I moved to Oshkosh, man, I was aching for some games. Fortunately there was *one* place in the entire town I could rent them [only because they also carried import titles for rent, so they were fairly comprehensive]. Awesome nonetheless. How's biz going by the way? It's great to see things going apparently well.
  14. Here's the A/V pinout information: http://www.gamesx.com/avpinouts/jagav.htm
  15. I think the fact that USA actually pitched the Jaguar on "Up All Night" is worthy of the purchase by itself.
  16. In Milwaukee? Strangeness, indeed. Did they ever have a sizable quantity of Jaguars there? I lived up north in Oshkosh back in those days and finding games was pretty damn impossible. Needless to say, to hear that part of the Tempest 2000 soundtrack made it in damn near astounds me.
  17. Hell, I'd buy a Bomberman version. I'm still aching for the Lynx one.
  18. The Konix system is perhaps one of the most odd consoles I've ever laid my eyes on. It's a shame it never came out. However, if it had and succeeded, we might not be in this forum.
  19. Holy crap, I've never seenone of those before. But then again, Atari also used multilingual text for a lot of their package design. I hope a picture surfaces halfway soon.
  20. I sure as hell would have thought it'd have crossed $500, as well. I'm more surprised by the lack of feedback on the winning bidder.
  21. Definitely agreed on the Ruiner comments.
  22. Is this true? Neat tidbit there, if it is.
  23. Not to sidetrack, but it was just something about the "atmosphere" of Atari Karts that really drew me to it much more than Mario Kart. The music, the levels, and the fact that it was straightforward and to the point...those were a couple of factors that make me pick it up even today. And welcome South Korea!
  24. That doesn't look bad at all! Bravo.
