  2. I remember dark horse from an analog issue, sorry I cant remember which one, but you can download the full set of programs plubish in that magazine from internet. devweb From internet ?? What website ??
  3. I totally forgot about Dungeon Master, Star Glider, Arkanoid, Time Bandit and Spy Hunter Golden Axe is familiar but I just can't remember what the game looked like or how the game was played

  6. Mine would have to be "Oil Game" which I downloaded and "Medieval Combat" which I would love to download but I cannot find it, any ideas ? Although I like "Dark Horse" (Presidential election) too, I can't find that either. "Munchin' Climbin'" is a favorite of mine too.
  7. I found that site today right after my last post. I'm not sure if it's the same person running the site that had the video store. I sent him an email and I hope to hear from him to see if he relocated somewhere.
  8. Well my buddy emailed me and he said that "Tomorrows Heroes" is no longer at that location and he doesn't know what happened or where it moved to. I believe he said it ws on bunts road I'll have to use a search engine to try and locate it .
  9. It's very near Cleveland which is where I used to live, I believe it is a 45 min. to an hour drive. I will email my friend today and he can give me the exact location then I will post it here.
  10. I have alot of favorite games that I used to play on my 2600 and I was wondering if there is a emulator available to play those games on my PC I was also wondering if there is a way to use the old atari joysticks on my PC
  11. I used to live in OHIO and there was a place calles TOMORROW'S HEROES and there was at least 300 games, (probably more) for the the atari consoles and 8bit computers. In fact I plan on going back to OHIO to visit my best friend for 12 days and I will find out if that place is still there and what the address and phone number is in case anyone on this site want to call about games or visit. It is alot of fun to go into any thrift store and find atari games and carts. I plan on doing this too.
  12. The problem is now fixed and thanks to all the good people on this site who helped me. I was instant messeging my buddy last night and he said he had version 7 so I went to one of the sites listed in this thread and downloaded version 8 and it worked like a charm (and I have sound !!!). thanks again
  13. I go to WINDOES UPDATE once every other week and I don't see any driver updates, however I have downloaded security updates but driver updates always read (0)

  15. I fanally recieved an email from my buddy and he said that we tried the XFORMER 2000 FOR WINDOWS and it worked perfectly on his computer but I had no sound on mine. My computer is alot newer than his which is why I can't figure out why he gets sound and not me. Oh yeah I forgot to mention he has WINDOWS 98 and I have WINDOWS ME

  18. My best friend bought an ATARI 8bit EMULATOR for his PC and it worked perfectly on his computer. The only problem that I have with it on my computer is there is no sound at all, whatsoever Any ideas I have a HP Pavilion 6835 800Mhz processor 256 MB SDRAM 30.0 GB hard drive
  19. My best friend has Cosmic Tunnels on floppy disk and I think it's a good game too I believe it was copied from a cart.
  20. I always find atari game carts at GOODWILL & THE SALVATION ARMY and at some yard/garage sales too. I even found an Atari 800 in great shape for $20 and it works just fine however I did have to buy a power supply for it. I used to live in Cleveland and there was a store that had TONS & TONS of atari carts 8 bit, 2600, 5200, 7800. The store was called Tomorrows Heroes
