  1. One man restomods a Forklift:

    Pretty cool, isn't it?

  2. I thought I would share another one of my favorite SMS OSTs: I wonder how many Master System/Mark III games had parallax scrolling? (Sagaia was one of them.)
  3. @ColecoGamer Were you inspired by the latest episode of Neo Geo Generation to pick it back up?
  4. The more I think about it, Sunsoft, SNK, and DC Comics should have negotiated to create Neo Geo ports of the former's two Batman games. Then again, there was the Atari Games/Tengen Batman and what Acclaim and Iguana did with Batman Forever: The Arcade Game. (Neo Batman would have been awesome to have.)
  5. A little something from Monsieur Bangalter:

      Here's something from Technosoft:

  6. I'm glad that Glatmort's production is going swimmingly and Chips on Steroids is going to be the next Wayforward or Yacht Club Games. (In a good way, I might add.)
  7. Chris Covell's PCE Assembly programming page: PC-Engine ASM Programming Tutorials by Chris Covell (chrismcovell.com) He also made a waveform tool that may be handy for those using Deflemask and Furnace Tracker: Chris Covell's Creations (chrismcovell.com) Tongueman's Logic: Tongueman's Logic download page (chrismcovell.com) Magic Engine also has some PCE Assembly tutorials, but only on graphics and sound: MagicKit Documentation Page (magicengine.com) Finally:
  8. Wing Warriors: Sega Lord X on the Sega Card: Green Beret/Rush 'n Attack: Golden Axe with redrawn graphics: And finally, Chibi Akumas on how to program the SMS and Game Gear in Z80 Assembly:
  9. Something new on the Saturn Homebrew front: Granted, these are all experiments, but they do show some potential.
  10. Electric Night by Dune:

Power of Vintage on the Atari Falcon 030:

    _ demo by Escape:

    Enjoy!

  11. The new graphics look very nice for just a mockup.

Was it really '87??   (I mean I saw the date there, but...)

That used to be on I thought in the afternoons...Like Summer in the early 80's,  along with Tom & Jerry,  although it was probably just the earlier version.  In fact it had both versions of Woody Woodpecker too,  including the early one ('40s?) where he had the big orange legs...

  13. I'd love to make homebrew games for the Sega Master System.
  14. Well said, Tanooki. I'm glad that the SFC ports of the first two Magical Drops got translations. Truth be told, I think SNK should broaden their horizons. Starting with a new Baseball Stars title.
  15. Glad that I'm not the only one who thinks that SNK should bring back Baseball Stars. By the way, what are your thoughts on the Magical Drop series by Data East, including the latest installments?
  16. More angel ideas: Dennis the Decapitator - One of the most merciless Powers around. Name is a reference to Saint Dennis. Is around 6' 7" and has a considerable amount of muscle. Russiaggelia Chelsea Snotor - A member of the Temperantia family and is known for her curiosity, gregariousness, kindness, and willing to give others a hand up when needed. A former power who lives in a convent and owns a Game Boy. Sebiastian - A notorious sniper and lookout who has been involved in numerous assassinations and the occasional seedy activity. Name is a play on St. Sebastian.
  17. Hey, I wanted to say that anything that goes here will be the SFW versions.
  18. Hey, have you considered covering the entire Grandia series, or at the very least Game Arts' Lunar?
  19. Here's hoping that SNK decides on broadening their horizons this year. Revivals of Baseball Stars, Shock Troopers, Magician Lord, and Ikari Warriors would be great places to start.
  20. Windjammers reminds me of why I miss Data East so much. At least they were bought out by G-Mode, which was founded by Game Arts' Takeshi Miyaji. (RIP)
