Yes. I have reused HP cases a number of times. Most are full atx or matx. The USB 2.0 and sd card usually use (almost always) standard motherboard USB headers. The header for the front headphones / mic usually follow one of the two standards - but the mic and phones can get swapped. You may need to repin the power / reset switches and HD LED if they are grouped together. The most of the HP cases are built like tanks and have the same air flow. Expect anything more than medium usage to run hot.

I think its for a couple of reasons. 1. Size- I don't think 2 more switches would fit. And it has a diorama under the cover. 2. I think the 4 switch Is more recognizable. If you are lubing plastic, try using dielectric grease (silicon grease) it's not reactive to anything and the thickness helps keep it in place. WD-40 isn't really a lube - its more of a cleaner. I also don't like putting petroleum products on plastic when possible. Also, where did the arcade II come from? It's one of the dirtiest game consoles I've seen. It's gotta be pretty rare to get mud daubers / wasps nest in a console.

Short answer: Nothing, because it's not a real problem. Companies have been the ones doing the bulling for the better part of a decade. Say a naughty phrase - your gone forever. Are they doing anything about people playing the victim and swatting people? No. Is it the any companies job to police anything? Also No. They should and most do, get a report from someone, get evidence of abuse and make banning judgement of from that. The problem is when they don't follow their own rules. Like when a crazy person is harassing another person and making threats of violence, that will get ignored by favoritism. Weather the favoritism is personal or because of shared politics, its wrong and inappropriate.
